The property was exactly as pictured and the check-in was flawless. After that - a series of interruptions. We were there three days. Day 1, we noticed the floors were terribly sticky and made our feet black. But we spent the day at the park and rested well. Day 2, we woke up to no water at all. We found out it wouldn’t be back on until 3pm - so our day at the park was wasted because we could not shower or use the restroom ALL day. We went to the park for the evening, and found a note on our door that said the water was off. No phone call, email or notice - just a piece of paper on the door. Day 3, continued with water but NO hot water. Another day of getting to the park late as the hot water didn’t come on until evening. We managed to have a nice time in spite of the interruptions. Jake and his property had nothing to do with it… it was the resort. We ordered a late pizza and went to bed. The final day, we decided to get up and leave early, and again - a note on the door. We left at 6am, and the note said fire alarms would be tested starting at 8am. What!? We were terribly glad to not have awoken to that! Our recommendation is to ALWAYS check the door, after midnight. That seems to be the only way this resort communicates.
