Spacious 1800sq. feet pool house, built in 2001, close to all major attractions near Orlando: Disney, Universal, Sea World, and lots more!
The villa is ideally situated in a very peaceful community with lots of restaurants, grocery store, shopping within 1-2 miles reach. This is a perfect rental home for 2 small families or one larger family (sleeps up to 8):
A king master bedroom with a large bathroom (walk in shower, garden tub), and a large walk in closet, a LCD TV with basic local channels.
2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, its own bathroom with a tub/shower, a LCD TV with basic local channels.
3rd and 4th bedrooms for kids with 2 twin beds in each room, shared bath room.
The spacious living room has a sofa and a 2 person love seat. There is a 48” LCD TV with basic local channels and a DVD player. Complimentary Wi-Fi and phone service with local and national long distance calling is provided.
The kitchen is nicely furnished with a granite counter and everything you will need to cook if you desire. It has a coffeemaker, blender, toaster, dishwasher, pots and pans, dishes, lots of extras. This is an eat in kitchen with a table and 4 chairs.
The beautiful formal dining room features a new dining set that will sit six guests!
The private pool has screen enclosure and could be heated in winter (extra cost). There is a covered lanai by the pool with a table and chairs for you to dine outside near the pool!
The house is furnished with the linens in all the bathrooms.
The garage has a laundry area with a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board. Pack and play crib and high chair are provided for you use in the home.

Nice relaxing vacation
I really enjoyed my stay there were a few issues like the pool lighting was too dim we couldnt enjoy pool at night and phone doesn’t work. The central air only works in certain areas the boys and girls room were hot. Overall the stay was good and neighborhood quiet.

This place was perfect for me and my family. Everything was on point with no issues, the house was very nice and clean and we felt safe in the quiet neighborhood.The children loved the pool and the wifi for there gadgets. this location is also close to Disney world which was great. We will definitely rebook in the near future .

House is nice the tv is no good the beds are hard it needs new furniture and softer beds and a better tv than just the antenna that hangs on the wall six channels is all it picks up and they aren't clear but it has a real nice pool

We were pleased with the house, nice to have a pool. It took us a few days to figure out the cooling/heating. Wished there was a broom, laundry soap and dryer sheets. We expected to buy coffee, but we wish there had been filters and dish soap. You should provide a list of amenities that people need to provide themselves. But overall, we were very happy!!

Absolutely perfect and exactly what we wanted
This home is exactly as advertised. Beautiful, extremely well maintained, inviting and very comfortable. It was so awesome to be able to come back from a long day at Disney and relax in your own pool. I would definitely stay here again. We had absolutely no problems our entire stay. This house is a true bargain. And David (the owner) was fantastic to deal with. Very quick to respond to emails.

Nice property nice pool and overall location and size. Living room furniture will probably be replaced in future I think. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was for one day we didn’t have internet service. I know that is not necessarily property owners fault though. Would definitely stay again.

Overall we were pleased with this location and the space in the home. The pool area was nice however it was poorly lighted at night. Several light switches were not connected to lights so we relied on the provided lamps and there was very few pieces of silverware provided. We got along okay for the week and enjoyed our stay, however the home and living furniture could use a good updating and painting. We would use this home again based on its location and the space in the home.

The daily used items (countertops, showers, toilets, etc.) were clean, but the overall house needs a thorough cleaning. The twin beds were quite noisy and could be heard outside the bedrooms when you moved. The pool area and house overall were very nice and we had a great time here. David responded very promptly to any requests we had and was very accommodating.

House was perfect however the house could use a paint job and bathrooms are in desperate need of updating. Mouldings need to be cleaned and no kettle on site as well as only one burner working on stove.

It was a huge house
This house is huge We loved it It was so close to Disneyworld which was a direct drive It is about 15 minutes The pool was a great asset The neighborhood is a nice subdivision The bedrooms are spaced apart with kids rooms being separate from the adult bedroom Only negative was pool light was never fixed and one screen of pool cover was missing and we had birds in pool area and ice maker didn’t work But since we were there in April there wasn’t the Florida bug problem I would stay again on another trip to Disney It was close to Walmart and Publix and a lot of restaurants too It was Great

Great location but dirty
Home really needs to be cleaned well. Our feet turned black from walking on the floor! Stains on the blankets and furniture. Mouse nest in the corner of the garage. Beds were rock hard! Owner was nice and quick to reply he just needs to get a better cleaning crew in there and nicer beds!

Great Location
We are a Family of 6 (4 being older kids/teens) This home gave us the space my kids wanted! The home was easy to find and easy to enter when we arrived. We really enjoyed the layout of the home. The home was clean but it is about 20 years outdated. All Towels and Bedding looked and smelled clean. Beds were squeaky, mattresses are 6/10. We used the washing machine and it worked well. The pool was beautiful and very clean We only used it once since the water was so cold. Both neighbors smoke weed but were quiet and did not bother us besides the smell. The owner included a small amount of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, small hand soap, 2 garbage bags and 2 dishwasher pods. We bought other items we needed at Walmart which is only 3 mins away. Disney is about 15 mins away. We really liked the great location and space the home had.

Location was great
The location of the property was great and convenient. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the property was not up to par at all. The property is pretty much filthy. The bedding wasn’t cleaned the walls were dirty and the couch looked soiled. We literally had to clean for hours before even getting into bed. We went to the store and purchased cleaning supplies because there was none in the property. We weren’t able to use the pool because it wasn’t clean either. The washer on site was a great! The two children rooms had TV’s online but did not have TV’s when we arrived. Wi-Fi did not work and the TV only had basic cable. We made it work. The beds were very uncomfortable. I suggest booking elsewhere to relax and enjoy a our vacation.
