Our beautiful fully air conditioned, 4 bedroom, two bathroom, single storey pool home is located in a quiet residential area, just a short north westerly drive from the popular town of Kissimmee. Built on an over sized plot, our home offers the 'Best of Both Worlds'. Guests may relax on the private pool terrace area, which is screened for your protection from insects, and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the unspoilt open countryside. Take a refreshing swim in our sparkling, heated pool, pamper yourself in the invigorating Jacuzzi, or just snooze on one of the sun loungers provided.

Great Location
Property was very beautiful. Great location, about 20 mins from disney and half hour from universal. Down the road from walmart and gas stations! My son uses a wheelchair and it was great for him. He was able to go anywhere in the house, even out back on the pool deck! Would recommend a hand held shower head for easier use. Overall a great house. Will be staying here again.

This villa is ideally located with easy access to everything you could want on a trip to Orlando/Kissimmee, we really enjoyed our stay and are looking to return in 2024. The host Terry is very approachable and helpful, cannot say we would want for more than this villa, highly recommended.

We enjoyed the warm pool, the privacy, and riding our bicycles directly to Shingle Creek paved trail. Beautiful, comfortable home in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood. We would definitely book this house again if traveling to the area.

Wonderful place with a secluded backyard
I highly recommend to stay here! The villa is very clean and convenient, we felt very welcome. The secluded backyard is lovely with the sounds of the wildlife in the evenings and early mornings. Close to parks, stores, restaurants. We didn't even have to use the I4 many times so travel times for us were saved compared to other places we've stayed in Orlando. Terry is great to have contact with and very nice and helpful. This place was just perfect for us!

This home was fantastic for our stay. It was clean and there were plenty of amenities included. The host, Terry, left plenty of clear instructions to assist with anything we would need. I highly recommend this home to anyone travelling to the area.

Wonderful location. Nice quiet neighborhood. Great places to eat and local entertainment. Will definitely stay again. Perfect spot to get to all of Orlandoā€™s attractions. Pool was definitely a huge hit.

The property was ideal for a relaxing spring break. We had some initial check in issues but the property manager was incredibly helpful and easy to reach. The rooms were spacious and the house had everything we needed. The pool was perfect for the kids to play in all day.

Theme parks with grandkids.
Had a wonderful week with our grandchildren. The house was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The house and pool were clean and well kept, and had everything we needed. The host (Terry) was friendly and helpful. The location was great - close to Disney and Universal, and not too far from the Kennedy space center. We would definitely stay there again if we take a trip to that area.

Great place to stay no complaints! The kitchen was equipped for lots of cooking even though we didnā€™t do much cooking. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are nice. It was a bit big for our family of 3 but we wanted a place with a pool while we were passing through and this was the best price. Host leaves lots of instructions in case you run into any problems

Peaceful Getaway
Wonderful short weekend stay! This home is located in a peaceful community, with the backyard overlooking a greenbelt area, which allows for wildlife to be plentiful during the visit. We were fortunate enough to see deer come visit the backyard from that area during the visit! The home itself has been well maintained, very clean and nicely decorated. The host has taken the time to leave plenty of instructions and information on how everything works, how to operate everything in the home as well as information about checking in and out. The host was very responsive since initially booking. We would definitely recommend this home for a stay as well as look to it for a return stay!

Such a beautiful place!
My family and I loved staying here! We did run into some issues but the host, Terry, was more than helpful! He replied back to me almost immediately and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay. The house is absolutely gorgeous. From the pool to the rooms, everything was just so comfortable. My family and I really felt at home. The sunrise from the backyard was so beautiful and relaxing. Especially if you're taking a morning swim. I highly recommend you book this home. I will be booking this home every year for our annual family vacation in Orlando/Kissimmee.

Perfect location
We chose this location as we had days planned at both Disney and Universal. This VRBO is located right in the middle so it was about a 20 minute drive with traffic no matter which park we were going to. The heated pool was the perfect temp (our stay was filled with cooler days)! Communication with Terry was a breeze and my one request was immediately taken care of. The reminders for trash/recycling was so handy, because I definitely would have forgotten - and nobody wants trash sitting for weeks! Lately Iā€™ve been hearing tons of horror stories of VRBOs canceling days before trips and I was worried - so so glad we booked with Terry so we had nothing to worry about!! Weā€™re already planning another trip and will be staying here again! This time with the whole fam!

I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with this rental. Terry was incredible with communication leading up to the rental date and we were even able to arrange to check in a little early. The amenities in the home are wonderful- nearly everything you could need for a delightful stay. The pool was heated as was the hot tub and both were very clean. The pool deck was furnished and allowed us to spend much of our time outside. The home was well cleaned and we were provided enough household goods for our stay including trash bags, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish detergent, pool towels, etc. I cannot recommend this home enough. The location was great - plenty of options for shopping and eating nearby and it was only a 20 minute drive to Disney springs and the Disney resorts. 10/10 will book again!

We had a great stay at this property. It was very clean, there were enough bathroom essentials for all 6 of us, and the washer and dryer were so nice to use! The communication with our host was great. Any questions I had, he was very responsive. We enjoyed the security locks in place and felt safe in the neighborhood. After enjoying our adventures throughout the day, it was nice to come back to enjoy the pool and hot tub. The hot tub could have been warmer, but it was still enjoyable. There were enough kitchen essentials for cooking our own meals with a nice table in the dining room and smaller table in the kitchen. This place was perfect for us with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The only suggestion I have is more lighting in the pool area, but overall, very satisfied with our stay and the residence.

Excellent well appointed Villa
We stayed here for 4 days for a fall getaway from Maine and had a wonderful time. The Villa had everything that we needed including a nice assortment of spices and kitchenware that made cooking very easy and we loved eating on the table on the lanai. The house is exactly as pictured with a new fence being put up due to the prior hurricane that hit the area quite hard a month ago. Having the pool and spa heat included is a nice touch as it did get cool in the evenings and the heat was very helpful especially at no additional charge which we find rare. The beds were very comfortable and the house is in a quiet neighborhood that made sleeping at night very peaceful. We even saw deer in the conservation that abuts the back end of the property as well as many other birds and wildlife including some beautiful cardinals. Terry is very prompt to respond to questions regarding the villa and would always respond within an hour or two even with him being in a different time zone which was very much appreciated in the booking process. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home and we will be looking forward to coming back in the future, Aaron, Jen and Karen

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. The quiet area where it is located is a blessing when you just want to relax away from the busy tourist attactions. The pool and hot tub are awesome and a huge plus after spending hours walking the theme parks. The hot tub definately rejuvinated aching leg muscles! You are so close to 192 and all the shopping places you could ever need. The house has everything you would expect to have in your own home. Including cellphone chargers kids can't live without! There were spices, sugar, kureg pods and plent of utensils and cookware. Tons of towels and linens along with a couple of bikes and golf clubs to borrow. I felt the beds were comfortable, but others did not. That is personal preference and did not impact the quality of the stay. Terry was an amazing host and was available to answer any questions we had. He has QR codes around the house with video instructions on how to interact with all features of the house. (Alarms, thermostat, etc.) The furniture is all in excellent condtion and the home is very clean. I can't wait to come back. You will have an amazting stay so don't delay, book today!
