Beautiful home!
Great space, lots of room! Everything was very clean the kids loved the pool they would have swam everyday. We didn’t know how to work the projection screen and someone came to help us ASAP! Great stay!

Property didn't meet expectations
I love the properties within the Encore resort, unfortunately this property didn't meet my expectations. Cigarette butts, blunt wrapper, glass, pieces of balloons, and candy wrappers were everywhere on the ground in front of home and around pool. One of my guest cut her foot on glass by pool. TV and Arcade game in game room didn't work. Equipment in theater room didn't work. Technician worked on it for over an hour even replacing several cords. The pool skimmer was broken so we couldn't clean bugs out of pool. Was told that they would bring another one but that never happened. Will return to Encore resort, but will not book with Jeeves property management.

Very Spacious
Upon arrival noticed some of the rooms had carpet stains and the wall art was torn as well. The barbeque grill was very dirty, but cleaned the next day. The sliding glass door was totally off of the hinge. The pool safety screen is torn.
