Charming Winter Park Fully Furnished & Pet Friendly Farmhouse Bungalow

Charming Farmhouse Themed cottage in beautiful Winter Park, FL. This home is centrally located near Rollins College (4 miles), UCF (6.5 miles), and Full Sail University (1.8 miles) as well as just a short drive away from Park Avenue in Winter Park (4.5 miles) and a hop, skip and a jump away from 417 which takes you to Downtown Orlando (11 miles) and Disney's theme parks (34 miles). This house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a large fenced in back yard with screened in Gazebo and patio furniture. The kitchen is fully furnished with a stainless steel fridge, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave. You will have everything you need including pots, pans, utensils, dishware, coffee station, linens, towels, and complimentary shampoo and conditioner in bathrooms. Dogs are welcome with a $100 pet fee and will love the big fenced in back yard! there is no garage, however, there is plenty of space for 2-4 vehicles. All bedrooms have a queen bed and one of the couches pulls out with a full mattress. The house is beautifully furnished with farmhouse decor.

Happy “home away from home”!
Our stay in this cozy, clean and comfortable home was delightful! We loved the helpful notes from the owner! The kitchen, dining area, bedrooms, bathrooms, and the living room were decorated and charming. Having a dishwasher and laundry machines was convenient. We would highly recommend this home to all!

Comfortable weekend get away.
Our plans changed last minute and we were able to add an additional night to our reservation which was a big save! Upon arrival the door code was not working but Bre'ette was able to let us in remotely and reset the lock. The neighborhood is very safe and friendly. I enjoyed walking the dog each day.

Another wonderful stay
We were delighted with the opportunity to spend 2 weeks at the cottage. We especially enjoy sitting on the porch in the morning. Conveniently located but a nice step away from hustle and bustle. Already signed up for next year!

My family and dogs stayed here for our daughter’s UCF graduation weekend. Great location, very convenient to campus and downtown Winter Park. Yard is great for the dogs to run and explore. Communication with owner is very easy and response time is quick.

We enjoyed our stay in this clean and cozy house. It’s an older neighborhood but safe and the people are friendly. The house is comfortable and decorated nicely. We enjoyed the snacks Bre’ette left for us! Wonderful host! We plan to stay here again on future trips.

Wonderful property, host kept extra trash bags, linens, and covers also even provided us conditioner , shampoo and body soap. Of course didn’t use but wonderful to know the host provided things in case we were forgetful! 10/10 would stay here again!

Quaint cottage
We had a nice stay at this quaint old Florida cottage while moving our son up to Ucf . Nice large backyard for the dog to roam . Loved the extra snacks left for our arrival and the doggy toys! The house was very comfortable and made you feel at home . Not too far from Ucf , springs and all the entertainment Orlando has to offer!

Classic old Florida home, which shows it age in some areas. House was clean and well appointed-we had everything we needed. Great backyard for our dog, Piper, to enjoy. Winter Park Getaway
We had a wonderful week at this home close to Winter Park. Close to downtown and all the museums. We also found nearby Cady Park (?) with pickleball courts and access to Greenway trail. Enjoyed exploring the area and our stay provided a great home base. We ended up not having a dog with us as expected but house is perfectly set up for that. Communication with owner was excellent!
