Just little things to addressā€¦washer dryer needs fixing, need more cleaning and paper supplies as we stayed for 5 days had to get garbage bags from wal mart, please water quality can be better as itā€™s recycled hard water ā€¦overall nice and clean very convenient

Overall, the property was a great place to stay for nearly a week. The quality was excellent especially for the price. I would advise bringing your own toilet paper as they only provide what is on the roll in each bathroom, which did not last our family of 5 two days. They also ask you to wash towels and take out the trash daily, but do not provide laundry soap or more than two trash bags. The location is quiet and safe.

Comfortable and Affordable
The previous reviews led me to this affordable and comfortable place for our family of 4; we own a cleaning business so I will always feel like things could be cleaned a little better; but I rate the cleaning a 4 instead of a 5 because there is room for improvement. Our overall stay was great, close to a lot of places to shop and dine out. We will look forward to staying here again when we plan our next vacation. I had a question and someone got back in touch with me promptly.

Was a nice place to stay in a gated community pretty close to disney attractions and a walmart just down the road. There is a security guard at the gate so stay in the left lane when going in. Upon arrival you will get a guest card. Home was nicely decorated with a bathroom on the main floor and a full size washer and dryer. Just an fyi this is a town home with all three bedrooms updairs. There are approx 13 stairs to go up. Nice size master with king bed, TV, balcony and master bath. Bedroom two is also nice with TV, bedroom 3 and 2 share a hall bath. You will need your own coffee and laundry soap for stays longer than 2 to 3 days you will need bathing soap and shampoos. We found the home very comfortable, convenient and easy to access communication was good with host. Would stay here again.

Perfect Place
The place is extremely close to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World. If those are on your to-do list, this is the place to be at. It is always quiet, and the place is nice and clean.

Good location
Property has everything you need. Right across from pool. Listing says pool is under construction but itā€™s open. Host provides plenty of towels. Close to Walmart and close to attractions and restaurants. Good, secure, gated location.

Great location and close to so many things
This was a perfect location if you want to enjoy the many things to do around Disney and Kissimmee. There are chain restaurants everywhere, yet this location is quiet and safe. The unit was clean, comfortable and ready early for us. The resort facilities were well taken care of.

House was very clean and ready for us when we arrived early. The contact was very accommodating.
Just a few minor issues missing remote in master bedroom. Toilet in same room did not flush right. The dryer was not dying very well took several cycles to get things dry. Overall the house was nice and was good for our needs.

There was an issue with the code. So was unable to get in 1st night. We had to stay at hotel. The owners did refund for that night. It was an inconvenience as we did not know the area. Otherwise once in we were satisfied and would stay there again.

The internet might as well be non exaistant. Stayed in many vacation rentals and supplies provided were very limited here. 1 extra trash bag no cleaning supplies. 1 pod for dishwasher and laundry. Biggest issue was the internet for sure though. Came on a business trip and couldnā€™t do much there with it. House was clean nice gated neighborhood, better internet and more cleaning supplies would be my only suggestions.

Great Distance to Disney
We are at the parks all day and itā€™s relaxing to come back to a quiet, relaxing atmosphere to rest. There was a super Walmart less than 5 mins away so we saved a ton on food all week! The playground was fun for the kids and the location to the parks was great! There was plenty of room for everyone and all our Disney gear! I loved not having to worry about parking too. The beds were really comfortable (and Iā€™m picky) and it was very peaceful in the morning and at night. We also like to have laundry onsite because kids are messy lol. My only suggestion would be to add some kid friendly plates, cups & silverware :) I donā€™t trust my 2 year old with porcelain anything ha!!
