Cozy Escape - Lovely, cozy two bedroom, one bathroom guest suite with access to private SALT WATER outside pool (please note the saltwater pool is not screened in!), Tiki, hammock, fire pit. Close to malls, attractions, restaurants, Wekiva state park. Accommodates 5 comfortably. Newly furnished. This is a private house with two levels. We VRBO the ground level which has it’s separate entrance. It is a two bedroom one bath suite. One of the bedrooms is extra large and has a workstation. Brand new furniture, very clean and sanitized. Has its own kitchen. We are conveniently located near I-4 and I-4 Express Lanes! Altamonte Springs Mall is five minutes away. Many restaurants, hospitals, close to all attractions.

Visiting Family
We came to Florida to visit family for a week. The home was close to our family and affordably priced. The property was well maintained and the back yard w/ pool was very relaxing. Cathy was very kind, welcoming and quick to respond. The home is in a wonderful area close to so many things. Our daughter loved the pool and we had an amazing time. Definitely marking as a favorite.

Wonderful stay
The unit was very clean, comfortable, spacious and decorated nicely. Cathy was a wonderful host! The location is excellent. The only issue we had is that I was traveling with my 80 year old mom who has mobility issues and there were several steps up to the front door and then several steps down to the unit so it was a bit of a challenge for her. But that did not ruin our vacation, we loved it there! My husband and I hope to stay there when we visit the area again soon. Wonderful place!

It was good stay. Comfortable and peaceful! The beds super comfortable, I felt at home. kids enjoyed the pool, while I enjoyed the bar area. My wife loved beings able to work from home with work area. Super clean and updated: great place .
