Winter Park
Very comfortable and clean home. Pool was great and we used it a lot during our stay in June as it was HOT. Well stocked kitchen, beds were comfy. Really enjoyed out stay.

Weekend Family Trip
We stayed at Casa Winter House for the weekend and had a wonderful time. The house is fully equipped to have a very comfortable stay. There is plenty of parking space and the backyard is huge and perfect for entertaining the family. The host provided all necessary information, we didn’t have to call at all. Absolutely recommend!

Juan’s property is beautiful, with high end appliances and furnishings and every possible thing you might need in the kitchen. The mattresses were all comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows. We had 7 family members, with three generations aged 6-70 staying for my daughter’s wedding in Winter Park, so the well-equipped laundry room was a huge plus, as were the four bathrooms! Everyone enjoyed winding down in the beautiful backyard oasis and relaxing in the pool the day after the wedding. The property is right off a busy road, and there is some traffic noise, but it wasn’t extremely loud inside. It was nice being so close to Publix. The kids really enjoyed the artwork and learning to play dominoes! I would definitely recommend this property.

Lovely home-away-from-home
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Winterpark and especially appreciated the fully-stocked kitchen, which made it feel more like home — a nice touch around the holidays! The street is a bit busy and it doesn’t look like much from the outside, but inside is comfortably elegant and VERY live-able and the backyard is incredible! We would definitely stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house from the street does not even begin to show how amazing the place is. You walk in and immediately feel at home, but also on vacation. We loved all the amenities and the kitchen having everything we needed. I would stay here again 100%.

The house was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything guests might need. The pool and covered outdoor seating areas were also very nice. Juan was a very responsive host. I would definitely book again and would recommend to others.

Great location for visiting our daughter at Rollins College. Super convenient to grocery store, etc. Nice backyard and pool for relaxing. Everything inside was updated and nice. Would definitely book again.

Truly enjoyed our stay.
The house was everything the description and pictures showed. Everything was clean, and the kitchen was very well equipped. My family and I really enjoyed the few days we spent catching up. Highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a place to stay in the area.

Nice house for the family and more!
A hidden gem! Very spacious! We needed a place big enough for our family and a baby shower, this home was perfect! The inside was very spacious and was complete with everything we needed, and more. The fenced in backyard gave a feeling of seclusion, wonderful! The kids enjoyed the pool and playset while the adults enjoyed the pergola setting! Our contact person was quick to respond, polite and friendly too!

The home is very nicely appointed and very comfortable. Plenty of space and nice amenities. Had a great stay. Only recommendations would be to supply more face cloths and instructions for TV. Everything else was great! Thanks very much.

The property was better than advertised. The kitchen was great to cook in and the pool was a delightful way to cool off. The back yard and dining room had ample space to entertain our family during the Easter holiday.

Great for family
Stayed for an extended weekend for a family wedding. Loved the space inside and out. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed hanging out in the outdoor space. I also love that there are so many bathrooms. It made it easy when we needed to get ready for the wedding.

Great second stay
This was our second time staying in this property while visiting nearby family for the holidays, and everything about the house was great! The location couldn’t have been better for our needs, and there’s a ton of space for some small group socializing. The kitchen is well equipped, and the bedrooms were exactly what we needed. Everyone appreciate having a private bathroom in their bedroom. We didn’t make use of the pool or patio this year due to the time of year and weather, however, we have found them very comfortable in the past. Highly recommend for a family group visiting the Winter Park area.

Great set up for my family
Property was clean and well maintained, for example the furnace and fridge filters were all new. This is frequently not the case in these rentals. The kitchen was very well equipped. There were a lot of little extras on the property that I appreciated. The outdoor pool area was great. It was perfect for our needs. I’d stay here again.

Beautiful Home and great property manager
The house is fantastic and is the best-appointed house we have ever rented. They have thought of everything you could want or need. Juan is fantastic, we had a little hiccup at check-in, and he was super responsive. The issue was resolved quickly, and we had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend this property and any managed by Juan.

Great location and Accommodations
We came to see a football game. 6 men in our 50's. It was the perfect spot with enough beds for each of us to have their own. Kitchen is brand new as is the whole inside of the house. The back yard and pool area served us well. We were able to grill out most nights. It is located walking distance to grocery, Starbucks, CVS and restaurants.

Overall our stay was wonderful! Juan was very good in keeping in touch, unfortunately I didn’t receive the code until 45 minutes after we were there. It took us a while to get in touch with him, but he was out of the country. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay!

Our family stayed here for a wedding down the street. Location was excellent for us. The whole home appears to have been recently and tastefully remodeled. Wonderful layout! 4 bedrooms, ALL with a full bathrooms! 2 KING ROOMS! Absolutely loved the back yard with seating for all and a pool. Owner was very helpful. We've stayed at many other homes in the past and this was the best by far! The photos are very accurate. I highly recommend this home!

Great space indoors and out
Booked 6 months early for our sons wedding. Meanwhile the yard got upgraded with a pool and 2 pergolas. We had everything we needed to get ready for the wedding then relax and enjoy family time for the next few days.

A Diamond in the Rough!
WOW. We had an amazing stay for our daughter's Winter Park wedding. We hosted a pool gathering for the bridal party two days before. Exceptional communication from the property owner to ensure the pool was ready for our visit. The home is so well appointed -- it has everything you need. Everything is labeled, clean -- there was tons of space for everyone. We were EASY walking distance to two bars/restaurants, CVS, Dunkin and Starbucks. These were great options for those without a rental car. Yes, the house is on a busier street, but it wasn't disruptive. While the neighborhood is not as breathtaking as the (literal) mansions in Winter Park, the house on the inside made up for it ten-fold. BOOK IT NOW. You will not find a better house for hosting and gathering. Top notch all the way around!
