Immediately after entering the home, you're greeted with a spacious formal living room and dining area. Walk further into the home and be find an open-concept where you can get a full view of the family swimming or lounging in the large family room.
From the family room, you can step out onto the lanai where you can enjoy a cool drink while getting some needed sun, or enjoy grilling and then doing a cannonball into the pool!
Your kids' eyes light up as they discover the game room in the garage equipped with a pool table, dart board, and basketball free-throw game.
When it's time to eat, the chef of the family can enjoy the fully equipped kitchen. You'll find everything to make a perfect meal, whether it's just sandwiches or if you're cooking up a full meal for 8. Sit down at the dining room table when it's ready to eat! Or keep it casual and eat at the breakfast bar or on the lanai.
