Step inside to find a bright, air-conditioned living space with two-story ceilings, generous windows, and contemporary-yet-comfortable furnishings. There's a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar for five, a built-in gas grill on the patio, and space to dine both outdoors and at the glass-top indoor dining table for six. After dinner, take a soak in the private hot tub on the patio or gather on the sofas in the living room for a movie on the flatscreen TV.

The three bedrooms include two primary suites upstairs, both with en suite full bathrooms. The third bedroom sits adjacent to a full bathroom as well. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer and free WiFi throughout the house.

In addition to being one of the few properties in this area with a serviced hot tub, this grand getaway is in the heart of the Disney action, with Disney parks such as Animal Kingdom just a few miles away. You'll be an easy drive from Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal’s Islands of Adventure, and downtown Orlando. Stock up on all your favorites at the Publix Supermarket or ALDI, both of which are a quick drive down the road. An array of local and national eats can be found on nearby Margaritaville Boulevard as well.

Okay for a quick weekend stay.
The area is very nice close to Disney parks. The home at first glance looks great but it has a lot of small things to fix. There is a roof leak happening in one of the upstairs bedrooms growing mold. The dining area place mats and seat also had growing mold. There was a little bit of bugs here and there.

Great Location But Issues Left to Be Desired

Great location
Definitely recommend, issues that occurred were resolved in minutes. A couple inconveniences with the showers but if you’re not the one to complain, then it’s really not a big deal. Not to far from the parks and you get a whole house for you and the family. If you plan on being at the parks all day then coming back to whole house is a great feeling.

Great location for Disney trip
We booked this home for a trip to Disney World. As a family of 6 it's hard to find a hotel that can accommodate our family comfortably. This 3 bedroom 3.5 bath place was a nice find. The hot tub, was a nice feature that I thought we would make more use of, but by the time we got back to the unit after long days at the park we were too exhausted. We had some issues with the hot water in the showers, but overall we would stay here again. The location and the extra space we were looking for fit our needs.

Great location and service
We had a pleasant stay at this place. The AC did not work property. Called and they sent someone over the next day to fix the issue. The drain in one of the bathrooms was blocked. We didn’t bother to call since there were two other bathrooms available. The location is great. Quiet and well managed, and most importantly, very close to the parks. We would stay there again.

Great location
The location is great. Upon arrival, it was very hard to get into the front door. We called and it took a while to get some help. We finally got in and after we were fine. The main bedroom shower floor was tiled and did not drain properly. It would hold water and the water was cold on your feet. The shower needs to be checked before it causes more problems. Overall the location and the convenience of driving up to your front door were great.

Excellent Property
Excellent property. Was very clean when we arrived. Super close to Disney property! Some things to be aware of… Pool requires a keycard which this unit does not have so no pool access comes with this unit. No soup/cereal bowls in the kitchen. Kitchen knives are super dull. We contributed a small pairing knife so we could cut some fruit. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Super close to everything
I really enjoyed my stay at this property. There was a hiccup with gate codes but customer service was easy to reach and we had a workaround until we were given the correct codes. The place was pretty clean but the water in the shower was not too hot, which normally isn't a big deal however when we were there it was extremely cold, which maybe that had something to do with it. Even with these two issues, I'd stay there again, to the point where I even said I'd love to own one of these properties myself. It's so close to Disneyland and a ton of food and grocery stores. I will definitely be back and won't stay anywhere else which is why it's five stars in my book.

Family Disney Trip
Stayed for a week during our spring break to go to Disney and Universal. Property fit our needs with family of 5 perfectly with plenty of space. Extremely convenient location to all Disney properties...Animal Kingdom just a couple of miles away. Very close to groceries, gas, food, etc. Hot tub was a nice touch but didn't get to use it much. Only real complaint is that master bath shower never got hot...only lukewarm. Pretty clean, but counters and kitchen could use a little extra TLC as well as some noticeable carpet and couch stains...probably former guests coming in from hot tub wet?? We would definitely consider this location again when coming back specifically for Disney.

Not our favorite place
We were unable to get in using the access code for the condo at 1:00 am when we arrived. It took over 45 minutes on the phone to get the code reset and working. There was no master key in the lock box, which was concerning. When we did get in, the downstairs bathroom toilet was clogged, the twin bed room one bed only had a bottom sheet and comforter. The room next to the twin bed room shower was clogged the entire trip even though I was told maintenance would be out the next day. No one called, no one showed up to fix it and the with the standing water in the shower it smelled terrible. The location was good, easy to get around, lots of food and Disney options close by.

Plagued by maintenance issues, but great location
Our recent stay in April 2024 was unfortunately plagued with several issues that significantly impacted our experience. Upon arrival, we encountered a major setback as the door code provided to us did not work, leaving us stranded outside late at night. After multiple unsuccessful attempts and a lengthy phone call to VRBO support, we finally gained access to the property, but not without considerable hassle and approximately 20 minutes of frustration. Once inside, our troubles continued as we discovered that the hot water supply was inconsistent, leading to frequent bouts of cold showers. Additionally, the drainage in the showers of the second and third bedrooms was abysmal, rendering one shower completely unusable due to slow draining, as if the pipes were severely clogged. In the tub shower, the water took an excessive amount of time to drain, filling the entire tub within 10-20 minutes, making for a less than pleasant bathing experience. Furthermore, the requirement to keep the AC at 74 degrees seemed unreasonable, especially considering the lack of available ceiling fans to provide relief from the heat. Additionally, the patio was quite dirty, detracting from any desire to spend time outdoors. The bath towels were very worn as well. This place is in a SUPER great location in relation to Disney, and the interior is quite nice. Comfy beds, nice furniture, great kitchen. But, the property lacks routine maintenance which made our stay and this review less than stellar.

The check in process was seamless, gated and guarded entry was a bonus. Assigned parking was good. Unit was easy to find, restaurants and Publix near. Unit was nice but there is a lot of cream colored carpet which had several obvious stains.

Spacious and conveniently located townhome
The townhome is nicely laid out and convenient to Orlando attractions. We enjoyed our stay for the most part. However, the master bed is not comfortable at all (very firm, older mattress) and the water temperature was not warm enough for a comfortable shower during the duration of our stay. We reached out to Vacasa, but never heard back as to how the temperature could be raised on the Rinnai system. Also, bring your own paper towels if you plan to use the kitchen…

Fantastic place, but a few things to note for potential guests...
The property itself was very nice - exactly as advertised!! The location couldn't have been more convenient to Disney and close to necessary shopping (Publix, Target and CVS) which made things really easy. It was very clean and had zero smells which was very appreciated. The hot tub was wonderful after a long, tiring day. I would not recommend this place for families with children only because the bathroom counters were REALLY tall. I'm 5'2" and couldn't brush my teeth in any of the bathrooms without standing on my suitcase so no way kids could do it and the light colored carpet and furniture would have stressed me out if I had small kids with me. Overall we were really happy with the place and wouldn't hesitate to rent it again.
