This stunning Kissimmee Townhouse is located in a lovely gated resort. You'll get to enjoy the resort's Swimming pool, Golfing, Lazy River Pool,tennis, Ping-Pong, Batting Cage etc! Never a slow day here!

The pool area is open from 9am to 11pm daily.

With your stay you will have access to lots of entertainment, 3 pools, water slides, lazy river, sauna & steam room, locker room with shower, gym, tiki bar, game room, Jacuzzi, picnic and BBQ area, and much more to enjoy!

The indoor golf is not included with your stay and need be paid on site if you want to play. Please see front desk or inside the clubhouse for more info about this feature.

We ask our guests to enjoy and treat our house with the same love and respect as the would their own home. For the comfort and better enjoyment of all present and future guests there is no smoking or pets allowed inside the house. The towels belong to our property, not the resort. Remember to always bring any towel back from the pool. 6 wristbands will be provided upon check in. The wristbands give you access to the pool area and clubhouse facilities and should be worn at all times. Please remember to return the wristbands when you get back into the house. In case of lost, there will be a charge of $50 per lost wristband. We reserve the right to retain the security deposit in total or partially in case of nonobservance of the house rules or damages or abuse. Enjoy your stay!

Self-catered house. As a courtesy, we do leave you a few supplies to get you started until you have a chance to shop. You may find 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom (one in the holder and one extra), a roll of paper towel, a couple of trash bags, laundry detergent for a load, liquid dish soap, and some dishwasher detergent for the machine.

The amenities are managed Property Management, and from time to time they do require maintenance and may not be available. This is beyond our control. We apologise in advance if any of the facilities/amenities are under maintenance during your stay. No refunds will be given in this event.

From time to time certain offerings inside the condo (i.e. a blow dryer, cable TV, wifi, washer/dryer etc.) may break, become interrupted or go missing all together. Sometimes this happens without our prior knowledge as the previous guest might not inform us. We do apologise in advance if this occurs during your stay. If something like this occurs during your stay, please advise immediately so we can try to fix the problem as soon as possible. No refunds are given in this event .

Distance and time listed to the parks are approximations, time may vary do to traffic or other incidents.

Family Disney Trip
We stayed 5 nights at the property and it was perfect for 2 adults and 2 younger kids. Property is well kept and provisioned with towels and equipment. The water park is well cared for and a lot of fun. We had a minor issue with a sink drain and the owner quickly responded and had it sorted. I am happy to give it 5 stars.

Stayed here with my 2 grandsons for their Fall break and they had a great time! Home was clean and cheerful and beds were super comfy! AC was working perfectly and we had everything we needed. The resort is convenient and we had so much fun! Love that the wristbands were included! Host was very responsive!

This unit was clean and comfortable. Also nicely decorated. It is very close walk to the resort amenities...pool etc. Under 5 min drive to restaurants and only about 15 min drive to Disney Parks/Disney Springs. We would return and recommend to anyone considering. Thank you, Mark!

Nice Affordable Resort
The property was not quite what was shown in the pictures. The condo needed some updates. Bathroom cabinets were peeling, toilet seat was broken and the diningroom table was peeling from use. Overall, it was nice and for the price, satisfied our needs. The pool and activities area was very nice and all the staff was so friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and was nice on the budget.

Fun stay
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The pool area is great. The condo has cute decor but there are cosmetic issues due to age which to us was not a big deal. We wish we had communication from the owner that a crew was painting the outside plus making loud noise for a good 2 days. They taped our windows for painting which was a little annoying (maybe this is why our week was so cheap?). The beds were comfy, and we really enjoyed having laundry on the 2nd floor by the bedrooms. Downside is the small counter space on 2nd floor and super small shower on main floor. Good for the price we paid. Thanks for having us! Lots of memories made.

Clean, great location and amenities
The home was well looked after. It had a comfortable functional feel with good amenities (lots of clean towels, full kitchen, two full bathrooms, hair dryers, etc). The home was exceptionally clean and appeared to have recently been painted. All appliances and furnishings were in good order and we appreciated the "started" items such as dish and laundry soap until we could go shopping. The owner was very responsive (we had one small issue when we arrived which was immediately addressed) and was super kind and polite. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall a decent stay
We had a great time here. It was close to the parks and the pool/waterslides were great for our kids. The unit was overall a decent place. There was an issue with the AC not working right while we were there but the property manager/owner worked with us and had a technician come to check it out. The unit was nicely decorated. The king bed we slept in was really comfortable. Although we didnt use it, the screened in porch was a nice option to have. There are no shoes allowed which I respect as we dont like people wearing shoes in our house either, but I think the rugs and floors could use a good wash. The bottoms of our feet were very dirty after walking throughout the house. We would stay again as long as we were able to confirm the AC was all set and working properly. Thank you for an overall great stay!

The condo photos make it look larger than it is. And as far as being family friendly I have never been to a pool where you can’t splash, play with toys balls or floats. They expect children to do nothing but stand in the pool.

Wasn't Exactly What We Expected
We stayed for two days and thought the location was great for Disney parks and other local spots. Finding the place and getting in were well executed. We were strangely asked to not wear shoes in the apartment which could have been worded different IMO. It seemed a little rude to ask, nevermind the fact that the carpets and floor were weathered, stained and far from new. Lots of water damage seen throughout the apartment, it had an old kitchen and the bathrooms needed some maintenance and updating. The decor was very sporadic and really didn't make any sense but that's not exactly all that important. The pool area was clean and they had fun activities for the kids. Overall, I wouldn't return as I didn't feel like the description matched the place.

Challenging with more than three guest
The property was very nice. We had a few problems first day not finding any towels. The property manager was very helpful. The closets had furniture and large items (high chair) in them you couldn’t use them, also the televisions we’re placed so you couldn’t actually see them w/o moving furniture and you were not allowed to move the furniture. I also did not like having to share a bathroom. With all the guest. I’ve never rented a condo where the master bedroom didn’t have their on bathroom. If you’re only there for a short time 2-3 nights or a family of three it’s perfect. It was a little challenging with 5 guests. Overall experience 3 out of a 5.

Needs updating
The picture of the unit online is different than where we stayed. This unit needs some repairs. There was a giant crack/peeling in the middle of the floor. Rules are no shoes In The house so it was uncomfortable everytime you walked over it and you could not avoid it. The master bed was so uncomfortable my husband moved rooms. I had as sitting on the couch downstairs and my husband was showering and it started dripping through the vent in the ceiling onto me. Soaked the couch. I took a video of it to send the host and a day later he contacted me and said he would give me $100 off I haven’t received that yet. I grabbed the back of a kitchen chair to sit down and a metal wire poked my hand and I actually needed a bandaid so I had to warn my 4 year old not to touch it.

Good overall
The unit was extremely clean but the mattress and bed frames in 2nd bedroom need to be replaced. The bedframes in the room with 2 queen beds tend to lean away from the wall when you lay in it. Overall the unit was quite nicely decirated and had dverything you would need for a stay. Maybe, upgrade coffee pot to 8 cup instead of the four.

Ok for the price
Initial contact with host was difficult and complicated by computer errors - links to reach host not operational etc. Listing picture was not the unit we got. Front door was jiggly, flooring was cracked & carpet was visibly dirty. Bathroom hardware falling off the wall. We could barely get the sliding door to the porch open. When it rained, water leaked under the door into the living room. Mattresses not comfortable. Everything just screams "OLD." Refrigerator had loud hum. The resort pool was nice. This unit, definitely NOT breathtaking, but then you get what you pay for.
