A Disappointing Stay - Mismanagement and Frustration from Start to Finish
Even with the lost names for gate access and trouble getting into the room, this still might have been a 4-star review. Even with the inconsistent pool temperature and scarce kitchen supplies, it could have been a 3-star. However, after verifying in writing before arrival that we could park 4 cars, security would only let in 3. They were inflexible even though there were obviously hundreds of parking spaces available (IHM solution was to park in an unsafe location and also claimed to not know the new parking rule.). Instead of turning in early so the whole family could wake up for our 4 am activity, we spent the evening driving around trying to find someplace safe and secure to park an extra car. We booked this space specifically so we would get a good night’s rest before our activity. Ultimately, we would have had more sleep if we hadn’t booked it at all.
