i had to spend double because of this packege. i had bougth so many expidia packeges trough years and because my complaency didte read and got rept off with this place that was not a real hotel. i know i did not read the counditions. but still. can't belive you meke this offer forcing me to buy another room at the very last minute. not happy wiiht this experience

I was not pleased I had an issue and spoke to someone at the front desk I was unable to cancel the rest of my stay and I was told they would send an email on my behalf and I would not be charged for the rest of the days booked but the money was still taken from the card and was told after that there is nothing that can be done so messed up. I was the only female places in a room with 5 males I did not know so sad 😭 but really pretty place

Whatever you do don’t use a second pillow off an unused bed. Staff lady nearly kicked me out for it. Very rude staff lady checks rooms at like 10pm to make sure the rules are being followed. Never experienced anything like it before.
