Fall Break Trip

Great stay for family getaway

The house was spacious with a heated pool and jacuzzi, which the whole family enjoyed. This is in a nice gated community and about 30 minutes away from disneyworld. The host was great in communication! A few times, we couldn’t get hot water or the toilet to flush, but the host sent us instructions on how to adjust the valve to get everything going in a quick and timely manner. The kitchen could use more pots and the HOA community trash pick up didn’t end up coming on our last day. But other than that, I would definitely consider staying again! Thank you!

House had everything we needed!

First off the I have always paid for pool heat at other properties and still the water is too cold to swim. Pool heat was included and the water temperature was perfect especially for Dec/Jan temperatures. I was super happy with this alone. The house had everything we needed! Pool towels, extra blankets, dish tabs, trash bags, salt and pepper. Just everyday basics other properties do not have! The movie room was my favorite! Spent the majority of my time watching movies and relaxing! Beds were also very comfortable. Super happy with our stay!

The property speaks for itself “very nice” the Theater Room was the HIGHLIGHT the property was very roomy it was 11 of us and half the time we had to find someone within the room would most definitely recommend….We had a lil hiccup with the property but once the property managere got note of what was going on he assured me it would be taken care of Thanks Jonathan u ROCK

Great family gathering and vacation

The home is very comfortable and well equipped. The heated pool was enjoyed by all. Evenings were spent enjoying the theater room pool table and game room. Overall a great experience.

Nice, clean and spacious

Loved the decor and how comfortable the home was. Tons of towels in the bathrooms, beds were comfy, the kids enjoyed the games, and of course the theatre and pool was a big hit. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful property amazing location

The house is stunning, the rooms are wonderfully decorated for all ages. The amenities are top notch in the neighborhood (the oasis club et ). Location to all of the reasons people visit Orlando is amazing, traffic is traffic but the location of this property makes everything easier. The management always responds quickly and is vey accommodating to work with! Will be staying here again!!

Amazing house with responsive property manager

We loved this house! We have stayed at several homes before but this one was so well equipped and ready for guests. Our property manager Jonathan was quick to respond to all of my questions. We will definitely be back!

Family vacation

The property was nice. Pool and hot tub where clean and the kids had lots of fun in the pool. The rooms were clean and the little ones loved the themed rooms and the cupboard under the stairs. The community pool was very nice. We had a few questions when we arrived and the owner responded quickly. Over all we had a nice visit, the only thing that was annoying was driving on the 4.

Great family House

Amazing house for large families. Beds were all comfortable. Pool and out door area were great after long days in the parks. Owner was quick to respond to all messages. Only complaint was not enough toilet paper or garbage bags for length of our stay. Would also like to more basic spices and condiments available. Also instructions on how to work the spa would have been nice. Overall great stay.

Nice vacations

The house was perfect and the landlord was very responsive. The house was clean and well equiped. The only complain is for the neighbors that were sometimes very noisy, but a call to the security quickly fix the problem. We highly recomand this house. Thank you Jonathan!
