We have two units, door to door! Both are Pool View! Just remodeled! No Carpet!
Accommodates up to 06 Guests with 1 Bedroom and 1 bathroom.

4) NOT PET FRIENDLY: Please be aware that only service animals that are legally registered and documented as service animals, such as seeing eye dogs, are allowed on the premises. All other pets and ESA are not allowed (according to the Hotel Policy).
5) The apartment does not have in room laundry - guests have the option to use the hotel laundry coin room available on the 2nd floor (additional fees).

This unit is owned by a private owner that is out of the hotel management program.

10) MAILING INFO: Please note that this property is a Vacation Home, and as such it does not have a mailbox to receive mail. However, you do have the option to send mail and packages to my management company's office, ask for more details. Please do not send mail or packages to the hotel.
11) WILDLIFE & PESTS: The properties are in Florida, a State with lakes, ponds, and conservation areas, where you will find many different forms of wildlife. Raccoons, lizards, toads, snakes, lovebugs, armadillos, deer and alligators are most common, and though they may be a nuisance during certain periods of the year, caution should be taken when hiking outdoors. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, bees, water bugs, also live nearby. On that note, please keep in mind that the property has a regular pest control service, but we cannot guarantee against guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this. If you have an issue with pests or wildlife at the property, please contact us, and we will do our very best to remedy the situation.
12) Towels and Linens must be left in the apartment. Otherwise, the missing ones will be charged from guests.
Pool towels provided by Hawthorn, guests must return the towels after use to the container in the pool area. Not allowed to bring the hotel pools to the apartment.
13) FREE SHUTTLE: Hawthorn Suites offers free shuttle service to Disney Parks, Universal Studios & Sea World! Currently, the Shuttle is free to all Guests. There is a Digital Kiosk in the Lobby that will display Shuttle information and instructions. For any questions, please contact the Front Desk.

- One trash bag per can.
- One Dish detergent (small);
- One Sponge;
- Laundry detergent (1 load ).
- One Shampoo + One conditioner (Mini)

Oil, Salt, Pepper or other kind of seasoning and food.
To confirm the reservation, all guests must sign the rental agreement sent by TBVH, and upload a photo of a valid ID, Credit Card, and a selfie holding both documents. Please note that if we don't receive the rental agreement, documents, and payment, your reservation will not be confirmed and it will be canceled within 24 hours after booking.
