Beautiful villa near Disney and Universal in Orlando

Our wonderful villa offers something for everyone. Situated on a gated-community in Davenport, Orlando, a luxurious 4 bedroomed (2 kings, 1 queen and 2 twins), 3 bathroom villa. Peace, activity, sun and fun. The villa itself has been furnished to a high standard by an interior designer. The main feel of the house is quite contemporary giving a very spacious feel to what is already a large 4 bedroom villa.

Our villa is state registered and subject to regular inspection. It is managed by a professional management company, dedicated to ensuring that our villa is kept in the best condition with weekly pool, grounds and pest maintenance so that you have trouble free holiday experience in our home in the sun.

Solana Resort is an exclusive and purpose built gated community of vacation rental homes that features a large clubhouse with all the facilities that you would expect from a top rated vacation resort. Situated only minutes from Disney and near all the other central Florida attractions it is the ideal location for your vacation.

Drinks and snacks can be purchased from the front desk in the Clubhouse and there is a concierge service with helpful advice to help you plan your days out at Disney World, Seaworld, Universal Studios and the other theme parks. The friendly staff can also offer advice on nearby restaurants, shopping, golf courses or any other information that you may need to know. They are dedicated to helping guests with their vacation or conference needs.

THE CLUBHOUSE
Inside the air-conditioned clubhouse there is a lovely large lounge area with a widescreen television which is perfect for relaxing out of the heat. The clubhouse also offers free wireless internet access if you wish to use your own laptop either inside or out by the pool.
If you want to burn off some energy there is a fantastic fitness room with all the popular equipment free for the guests use - cycling machines, running machines and multi-gym amongst others.

CLUBHOUSE POOL/SPA/TIKI BAR
Surrounded by palm trees the pool area is a true oasis in the heart of Florida. The large colourful deck area has ample loungers and is perfect for unwinding in the Florida sunshine. If you have children and want to take a little break from the sun there are cabanas to give a little shade. You can take a dip in the inviting blue waters of the pool to cool off, or why not relax in the spa with a nice cold drink?

This property was just what we needed. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, large kitchen and living space. Great table for eating and playing board games as well as a nice little pool for cooling off. We all enjoyed our stay.

This was first time for us to use Vrbo so we were nervous at the beginning. However, everything went great and property is as expected we see in the listing. In addition, the communication with property manager is smooth and always helpful.

Great place for a family vacation
Pros: Overall nice place for a family vacation. Has plenty of space, and was clean. Cons: The AC was problematic. We were told that it couldn’t go below 72°, which was fine but took forever to figure out how to set it. The screen kept locking on us. The wifi must have had some sort of limit because most nights it shut off, and with the majority of TVs being smart TVs, that was tricky (we had three young children and when the rain came and they were stuck inside, it would have been nice to let them watch a movie).

Great home and location!
Perfect location to all attractions. Nice area to stay, safe and secure. The club house has activities for children daily. Home is clean with an open floor plan. It actually is better than in the pictures. Our family loved it! Owners respond quickly. Pool and hottub were very clean. Would defiantly recommend!

Great location
The villa is in a great location which meant we could avoid using the I4 when travelling to Disney with plenty of shops in the near vicinity. The villa was as described and was well appointed, although bath sheets would have been nice instead of bath towels. It was disappointing though that the rental agreement was changed after my final payment, resulting in an additional $99 that was not previously advertised and we had no alternative to pay.

Relaxing and convenient!
Staying at this property was relaxing and convenient. The owners had so many extras (play pen, strollers, high chair, blankets, pillows etc) that we were able to comfortably use the house. The location is great, so close to Disney and also close to Legoland. Shopping and groceries are nearby, but you're secluded enough that it's a relaxing environment. I forgot to order pool heating before we arrived and the owners were quick with communication to get that sorted for me. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely rent from them again 😀

Very good rental!
The house was everything we needed. Comfy, spacious. A lot to offer. My family and children loved it. Close to all the major Orlando parks. Took us 15 mins to get back and forth to Disney, sea world etc. only an hour to clear water beach. Check in time could be a little earlier, as well as check out a little later. But other than that. No complaints. Will definitely be looking to book again in the future!

Family Disney Trip
We stayed here for a week at Disney! The home was clean and much bigger than expected. We comfortably slept 3 adults and one child with plenty of room to spare. My niece loved the pool, we didn’t opt in for heating and even in November it was comfortable to swim in. Plenty of pool toys and towels were available, and having the washer and dryer available was very convenient. We had one day where we experienced some connectivity issues, and the hosts were quick to respond and have things reset for us. The commute to Disney was a little longer with traffic, but it was nice being away from the city bustle in the evenings. I’d definitely recommend this home if you’re traveling with a larger group!

Absolutely perfect
We had the most amazing 17 days staying at this villa. The location is perfect if you’re looking for time away from the busy parks. We loved chilling at the villa first thing in the day and last thing at night. It was Spring break in Florida during our stay, so the roads were busy but the beauty of this villa is there are lots of routes to all the parks enabling you to find the quickest. Disney is around 25/30 minutes and Universal around 45 minutes. There’s loads of places to eat/shop near the villa. The owners were absolutely brilliant and helped me loads with recommendations. We had the holiday of a lifetime and I genuinely believe the Villa created this. I’ll never forget the morning sat in the sun with my breakfast before we hit the busy parks. I’ll also cherish watching the kids jumping in the pool at night cooling off after a hot day. Highly recommend.

The place was great and we love the pool, It was perfect for our stay. It was spacious enough for all of us: my husband, son, brother, his girlfriend, and their 5yr old son. The only bad thing I can say is the game room is so hot and there’s no fan or anything to cool it off. It’s unbearable to stay back there and play any games, and your not allowed to leave the game room door open or it’ll turn off the a/c. But overall we enjoyed our stay

Beautiful Home
We enjoyed this home so much! The check in was seamless, the directions for use of the home and club were all neatly organized in a binder at the house. The pool was very clean, and even though we were only able to use it a few times, it was warm enough without the heat for us. The home stayed a very comfortable temperature as long as the doors were remaining closed and we enjoyed the pool table in the game room so much. This home was a welcome retreat after our long days at Disney. We used the small coffee pot many times and it worked nicely. We loved our stay very much. This home is just a half hour from being in the parks at Disney. Awesome! Thank You, Egil and Anett!

We had a fantastic time in this accommodation, we found it exactly as it was described in the listing. The only reason for giving 4 stars for the location and neighbourhood was that the immediate neighbours were very noisy and rowdy at night on a few occasions, but they were very sympathetic when we explained that we had a six year old child with us. Access to local amenities and parks was very good, but we did notice an increase in the volume of traffic, particularly on the I4, compared to when we stayed in this area in 2016. The facilities in the accommodation are excellent, our grandson loved the games room and he was amazed at the amount of space. We would recommend this to anybody.

If you want a bad back, it’s the place for you
Master bedroom Mattress was shot. Hair in tub, cd on floor, dirty carpet, baby poop on cushion of love seat, dead bugs and hair clips on pool deck. You literally would have to roll up over the Center HUMP in the mattress to kiss your spouse. Owner sent in property manager and they did NOTHING but left a sarcastic note.

Nice place we enjoyed our stay
Very clean, nice property. We especially enjoyed hitting the private hot tub and pool with the kids after a long day at Disney World. The home had everything we needed for our stay. It's important to remember that as with all rentals you need to bring toilet paper, paper towels, dish washer tablets, trash bags, soap, shampoo, etc. it was stocked with enough of these essentials to get us through the first day. The home included a pack and play, and a stroller. Our older kids enjoyed pool and foozball in the garage. It was about a 30 minute drive to Disney World, and for the days in the magic kingdom it takes about 30 minutes from the parking lot to get into the park (during the slow season in February) Hopefully that info will help you schedule your day. We would visit this property again in the future.

Air Conditioning problems
There is a big problem with the air conditioner. Property owner keeps AC very hot and no access to control. He should install more fans in different parts of the house and the garage area we’re games are installed.
