Our beautiful 3 BD/2.5 BA townhouse is perfect for you and your family! Make yourself feel at home with all new renovated rooms and amenities . We are conveniently located in a quiet and relaxing community, 4 miles from Disney theme parks, just off of highway 192, there is a wide selection of restaurants and tourist attractions! In addition, within WALKING distance to Walmart and Old Town. Convenient for you to go home and relax during peak hours!

After your exciting day in the Kissimmee/Orlando area you can come back and relax in our townhome. The master bedroom includes a king size bed with large his/her closet and own full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with large closet and outside full bathroom. The children’s bedroom has a bunk bed (sleep 3) with large closet and outside full bathroom. We have a full kitchen consisting of high quality appliances including cooking utensils, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc., full size washer and dryer, flat screen TVs! located in the living room and every bedroom, free Wi-Fi, cable TV and DVD players, free long distance calling anywhere in the US and Canada and a warm inviting living area to kick back and watch television on our large flat screen TV.

The Good Enough House
This place gets points for being super close to everything. It’s not very well maintained. Huge gaps in the front door, the back door is dirty and the back patio had no place to sit. There are about 3 bees nest by the front door, thankfully no one in our party was allergic. The refrigerator didn’t have a handle or get very cold. They want you to do the towel laundry but don’t provide soap. Check in and communication was amazingly hard, they seem to prefer not going through the app. Which while driving without email access makes it super hard, instead of just apologizing and giving me check in, it took several hours of back and forth. You can also only keep this place at 73, which makes it super warm. Thankfully we didn’t spend too much time here. The pictures makes it look nice but to us it was good enough to sleep in.

This one was very nice. It was a great location to attractions and neighborhood stores. We did some food prep there fore the trip and the kitchen had a lot of counterspace and utensils. Neighborhood was quiet. Clean and comfortable beds. Will stay again.

The best thing I can say is the house was clean! That's it. The picture of the furniture in the living is totally different. The sofa is too low. The dining room chairs are so low. Refrigerator needs to be upgraded. No plastic containers for storage. Very little in kitchen. The TVs in the bedrooms are small, one didn't work. The tub/shower feels and sounds like the bottom is giving way. Do even consider the 3rd bedroom, the beds are for little kids. It was too small for my son, and also old. If you need two bedrooms just for rest, this place is fine. BUT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR A VACATION HOME.

Great location to Disney attractions. Thermostats didn’t seem to work, but it was cool enough outside. Didn’t like having to supply our own toilet paper and dish soap. Pool was nice. Good place for families.

Good Location
We stayed here with 4 adults. Due to long days in the parks, we only slept here. The night we arrived, it was very warm and we were tired. The house had the thermostat completely off, reading 86 degrees inside. We had to wait about 2 hours for it to cool down enough to be comfortable sleeping. The bedroom with the two beds would be fine for kids. The single bed is for a child, having attached rails on it. The full bed in that room has a thin, squeaky mattress on it, but I can’t say it was really uncomfortable. Sheets, towels provided. No extra paper products, so come prepared. Overall, worked fine for what we needed.

A tired property in a great location
Overall good value and great location convenient to parks and local shopping/food. Property is tired and could use some updates- but for the price it is understandable. Only complaint as that the pool gate key was missing and calls and emails to management company and property owner did not remedy the situation. I’ll probably find a different location next time but if youre looking for a great location at a decent price then then this may be your spot.

Very lovely townhouse
Very clean and spacious. Pool was lovely. There is a Walmart and Publix within a 1/2 mile of the complex. Universal is about 25 minutes away and extremely easy to get to. Owners were very prompt and thorough with reservation process, checkin process and refund of deposit.

Wonderful Stay
We loved our stay at this condo. My wife and I, our 2 boys and my parents stayed and had plenty of room and were perfectly comfortable. Condo had everything we needed, probably first time I hadn't had to buy some household item for a condo. Helen is perfect. Tells you exactly what you need to know and delivery on time and makes the experience easy. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect for us!
The house was everything we needed. We were in Kissimee for my daughter's softball tournament that was at the ESPN World Wide Sports Complex. It was clean and had all the necessities to meet our needs for the weekend. We had two families in the house, which consisted of 3 adults and 2 teenagers. More than enough room! We did not attend all the attractions (ie Disney, Universal), but the house is really close to these places. It is also conveniently located near plenty of places to eat. Definitely met our needs and I can see us staying here again in the future.

Our stay was nice. The owner wrote in the email to make sure we didn't damage the blinds or stain the carpet but the blinds were already damaged and there were stains on the carpet. There were several minor issues tha were there before we got there and we were concerned that we may be blamed. We took pictures incase. The place is nice and the owner sent the information by email. I will gladly rent it again. It was my first time renting a place to stay and I didn't know what to expect. It was great

Overall this is a great location. I booked this because of the location around Disney and Universal Studios. It’s in a gated community, but the gates were always opened during our stay, so not sure if that’s a normal thing or not. Clean around the house, with towels, dishes, hand soap, blankets, etc for your stay which is always a great to not have to worry about. Only thing about this place is, both bathrooms. When you take a shower, be ready to hear the worlds loudest floor sounds while you stand to take a shower. A lot of squeaky noises when you move around the shower. CRAZY LOUD. Other than that, can’t complain.

LOVED THIS HOUSE
Anyone traveling to Disney.. This is the house for you!! I just stayed at this house from 4/5/13-4/11/13 w/ my family, including 2 kids (age 1 & 7). This house has everything you need, the kitchen has every appliance, the house is clean & modern, the laundry room in right next to the bedrooms, making it easier to do laundry. Gated & quiet community w/ a nice size pool & a nice community to take a walk in too. There is a park w/ swings for the kids at the end of the street & the neighbors are very friendly too. Helen who is the owner is GREAT!! She kept in contact w/ me via email & explained everything. There is a property manager you can call to help you w/ anything in the house. We had to call him because there was no baby gate, within an half hour I had a baby gate!!! The digital gate & door access is a great feature, no need to look for keys wherever you go. The Walmart is literally on one corner of the road & Dunkin Donuts is on the other! You are in the center of everything you need. Contact Helen for the best vacation property!!!! I will be back to this house for sure!! Thank you Helen!!!!

Perfect Vacation Home
First let me just say after reading reviews I was a little nervous about towels and being charged if anything was “messed up” the rules and restrictions etc... Upon arriving I took pictures of anything we saw (stains, broken items, scratches etc) these things were VERY minor things to us and did not affect our stay at all but again I didn’t want to be charged and the owner was very prompt each and everytime I emailed! All 3 bedrooms are on the top floor along with the washer and dryer for easy access! The bedrooms were very spacious and very nice. The sheets and beds were super comfortable and there were plenty of towels for our 3 night stay. Each bedroom had a small (20in or less) tv in them but all had cable and was nice to watch a little tv before bed. As per the prior reviews the showers did creak and took us a minute to figure out how to work the shower (under the faucet where the water comes out you have to pull down) but other than noise they were perfect and the water pressure was great with perfect lighting in each to do hair makeup etc…The master bathroom toilet didn’t seem to flush well but wasn’t an issue during our stay. Downstairs there is a half bath under the stairs which was nice and a decent size kitchen with lots of counter space. We loved the gated community, nice neighbors, ease of use to everything, and the location to the parks! 10/10 WE WILL STAY AGAIN!!

Nice Stay!
This was a good choice for an inexpensive place to stay that is close to the Disney and Universal parks, however there were a couple of minor negatives to go along with the numerous positives. We had an issue with the secured wireless internet connection not being available during our stay as we were provided with a password before our arrival and then upon arrival, discovered that the password didn't work because a new router had just been installed. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time. Also, the dishwasher doesn't have a basket for silverware so all utensils have to be washed by hand, not a huge deal, but I've never seen a dishwasher that didn't have space for silverware. Now, as far as the positives, the house is definitely clean, which was the most important part to me. I can't speak for the king or bunk beds, but the queen bed I slept in was very comfortable. I appreciated that the house was so close to the parks, it made traveling back and forth very easy. Location-wise, it doesn't get much better than this community, it's close to everything you could possibly need- Wal Mart, outlet malls, restaurants, Old Town Kissimmee, etc. it's great. The kitchen had most everything we needed as far as utensils and pots and pans so it was nice not to have to bring those items. I also liked the safety and security of the home being in a gated community. Finally, Helen, the owner, was always quick to respond to my questions and addressed any concerns I had. I would certainly rent this townhouse again!

Beatiful house! clean and safe!
The house of Helen & David is beautiful. It has everything you need to spend a few days comfortably. It is also located in a very convenient area. Near parks, outlets, supermarkets. It is a safe condominium. I give it 4 stars for a reason, and it has no relation to the house. The rules of the owners are a bit strict. I understand that they ask for things like adjusting the air conditioning (it's December so we did not even turn it on once), not smoking, closing well before leaving, etc., BUT asking you to leave the garbage in a container that is 100 meters away, you have to wash the dishes and towels before leaving, it seems out of place. We are educated people so we are not going to make the place a garbage man ever! But I mean we're on vacation!!, "my work" is going to parks and shopping, which is also exhausting, and above you have to take out the trash and leave the towels washed? please no! I have used many times rent on Airbnb, Tripadvisor or Homeaway and I have never had to take out the trash or leave washed towels. It's a problem? yes! A big problem? sure not!. I would rent the house again? Yes and only if I travel with adults. This time we were 3 adults and we are careful and responsible for which we had no problems with the rules (although I prefer not to have to take out garbage or wash towels). Traveling with children I prefer another place where I do not have additional work for myself or my wife. After all, on your bill you are paying a cleaning fee, right?

Needs some repairs
The townhome is in a very convenient location, close to all the parks. It is also in a gated community which is quiet. Also, there is a parking space assigned right in front of the unit. However, there was no coffee or coffeemaker in the kitchen, there were no toiletries in the bath, and there was not any detergent for the washers. This is not a big deal but something to keep in mind as other places we have stayed have had these. So be prepared to make a run to the nearby Walmart. The townhome is starting to show its age. The fiberglass shower enclosures show signs of water damage and both showers creak when someone is using them. The biggest concern was the air conditioner. There was a sign posted at the thermostat to keep the temperature above 72 degrees to prevent damage which we did. However, after the first night the temperature inside never dropped below 80 degrees as the inside unit failed. We reached out to the property manager several times over the course of our stay, and it was not until the owner was copied on an email that a repair was attempted. Of course, a new unit would take several weeks to arrive (long after our stay). Also, the property manager, who was in the townhome when we were out, left the rear sliding glass door open. Fortunately, nothing was missing and fortunately, we had relatively mild weather during the week of our stay (low 80’s in the day) so we could sleep with the windows open and the ceiling fans on. Unfortunately, the building itself is adjacent to a neighboring community that has more noise. Also, the kid’s bedroom near the front does not have a ceiling fan so our son had to sleep in the living room. Overall, I would not recommend staying in the townhome until the AC unit and shower enclosures get their much-needed repairs.
