This unit is a 1078 sq ft Blue Heron Deluxe Suite condo with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths that sleeps 6.This luxurious 16th floor lakefront resort condo offers breath-taking views of Disney World and its nightly fireworks from the Master Bedroom balcony and the beautiful waters of Lake Bryan from the Living Room balcony. It is just one mile from Disney. It features a 46' LCD HDTV in the Living Room and an LCD TV in each bedroom. In the Master Bedroom suite there is a king size bed. In the Second Bedroom there are two twin beds. In a corridor alcove there are 2 bunk beds (weight limit 150 lbs. each). The unit offers a fully furnished kitchen and a dining room. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit. The Blue Heron Resort has all the usual rec facilities including 2 heated pools, 2 hot tubs, a video game room, and an exercise room. While this unit is privately owned and self-catered (no daily maid service), there is a 24 hour on site staff to assist you. Free parking.


Close To Everything / Water Sports: Conveniently located off Route 4 (Exit 68), close to all area attractions, miniature golf right next door, less than one mile from the entrance of Disney World, 4 miles from Sea World, 8 miles from Universal Studios, 6 miles from the Orlando Convention Center. Just down the road from the Disney Village, the Orlando Premium Outlet mall, the Lake Buena Vista Outlet Mall, and within 25 miles of 30 golf courses. The Blue Heron is the perfect place for you family vacation. Just outside the door of the Blue Heron you will find the Dollar Tree, Starbucks, CiCi Pizza, Walgreens, Applebees, Santa Fe Steakhouse, Chic-Fil-A, Wendy’s, Bahama Breeze and the Lonestar Steakhouse. If you like water sports, you can rent a boat, Jet ski, fish or kayak on Lake Bryan.

We enjoyed the view the most from the 16th floor over Orlando especially at night and at sunrise! Beds were comfortable, the place was clean, and suited all of our needs. We also loved the size of the pool and the bar and 80s music being played while we relaxed. We will be back.

The apartment is a great size, clean, quiet, plenty of parking, and has all the amenities you require. It has some amazing views from the balconies, we saw 3 lots of fireworks one night. Within walking distance for coffee and food, and of course the mini golf in front of the property.

Amazing views, nightly Disney fireworks shows from the master balcony. Sunrise views over Lake Bryan from the main balcony. Stunning views!! And the location was great too! We loved our stay. The condo had everything we needed and the host was very responsive.

GREAT WEEK AND A HALF STAY
This was our 5th reservation staying in this condo for a week and a half, and we have a reservation next month as well. We really enjoyed the new sofa and loveseat since our last stay. It is so quiet, convenient and kept very clean.

Beautiful location
Condo was clean and overlooking Orlando in a high rise and great location. We got in late and check-in was still super easy which is just what we needed after our flight was cancelled. Will stay again.

The location of the property and its proximity to WDW is fantastic. The condo itself with both an east and west facing patio is also enjoyable. Had a few glitches but they were remedied. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyable stay
We really enjoyed this property. It had everything we needed for a family trip to Disney and Universal. Location was convenient to the parks. We spent an off-day hanging out in the room and at the pool. We loved being able to watch the Epcot fireworks from one of the balconies. I will try to stay here again if we come back to Disney and Universal again.

If you are looking for a condo that has fantastic views from 2 different balconies on the 16 th floor this is the place for you. We enjoyed the lake on one side every day and Disney fireworks every night. This condo also had all the supplies you would need to cook and do laundry. We enjoyed our stay

Blue Heron Condo
We loved staying in this newly renovated condo with a great view of the lake and Disney fireworks at night. We loved how close it was to the Disney parks so we could come home for a lunch/swim break midday and return to the parks in the afternoon. The kids loved the huge pool. We hope to visit again soon.
