This professionally decorated unit is appointed with the best of everything, granite counter tops,and designer furnishing (June 2017). This unit has a breathtaking view of the pool and lake and only 1 mile to Disney. The unit is completely equipped with everything you to need to have a 'magical' stay. This luxurious condo is located on the 5th floor with its oversized balcony overlooking the pool and Lake Bryan. This unit sleeps a maximum of 6 . The master bedroom has a king size bed with its private bath and jacuzzi tub. The set of bunk beds off the corridor is designed for kids up to 100lbs in weight. The condo has second full bathroom. The full kitchen and living room also have a view of the lake. The queen size sleeper sofa cab be utilized to accommodate 2 more people.The Resort itself has several heated outdoor pools, an outdoor hot tub, a kiddie pool, a pool bar (seasonal operation), two fitness centers and a dock that accesses Lake Bryan.Watersports activities are available through nearby lake Buena Vista Watersoprts.Miniature Golf is adjacent to the property. Numerous shopping centers are also nearby including the world famous outlet shopping centers

Close to Disney
This property is close to the Disney parks and Disney Springs. I was in Orlando to visit the Disney parks and Universal Studios. The drive was easy. It was nice to come back to a condo at the end of the day instead of a hotel. The condo offers more space, a kitchen and a place to relax after a day in the theme parks. I would stay here again if I come back to Orlando.

Great Orlando spot
This was so close to Sea World and other Orlando attractions. The lake view was great. We could watch park fireworks from our balcony. We also had fun playing put put golf right next door!

Quick Getaway
The condo was just what we were looking for. The view was amazing. The only issue, well not really an issue, the master bedroom door doesnt close because they bed was in the way. Not as issue if you and partner are traveling alone. Check in was simple and a breeze.

Orlamdo stay.
The condo was very clean and comfortable. The view of the pool and lake was amazing. The only thing is the bed frame is so long, that i couldnt close the master bedroom door when i wanted privacy and sleep when my daughter was listening to music. Overall, I loved it. We will definitely stay again.

This property is clean! Extra care was taken to sanitize the condo. Lots of room, great pool, convenient to Disney. The owner was quick to communicate and Fernando the property manager, met us for a late check in! You can trust this owner! We enjoyed our stay and will use this condo again.

The only improvements I would say should be made it the elevators on the property are slow and sometimes don't appear to work at all and the unit is lacking some important cook ware. There were no sheet pans/cookie sheets and only one baking dish. Had I known, I would have brought some.

Reasonably priced, convenient and clean
We spent four days in the Disney parks. Room was clean and convenient. We brought simple food for breakfast every day and made coffee in the regular coffee pot (not a keurig) they have filters. We brought a bag of ground coffee and mini creamers. We were in the parks from morning till night. So we didn’t have time for the pool, it looked great! Elevator is slow in the building, so we took the stairs. View is beautiful. Price is reasonable. Able to do a load of laundry when needed! Filtered water and ice in fridge is great after a long hot day. Just 3 adults on this trip

OUR STAY
Our first impression of the property was positive. However the furniture in the picture was not the furniture in the unit. The furniture in the living area was very uncomfortable to set on and watch TV. The bed in the master was broken and unaccommodating for two people to sleep in My wife had to sleep in the bunk in the hallway. .This was presented to the property owner, and he promptly brought in a new mattress and box spring. My only other complaint was that there was no secure wifi. Over all the unit was clean and well kept and seemed to be in a good and convenient area

Great place to stay in Orlanco area
Loved the condo, including the pretty location on Lake Bryan, and great location for many day trips. We weren't there for Disney, but if you are going there for that, it's very close by -- we could watch the fireworks over Cinderella castle at 9:00! OWNER PLEASE NOTE: Please fix the shower in the secondary bathroom--you can't pull up the stopper to make the shower work. And in the master bath, the shower know barely worked and kept coming unattached. Since the secondary shower didn't work, we really didn't have 2 full bathrooms to use. 2 easy fixes need to be done asap. Other than that, loved the decor, spaciousness, comfy big bed (though you can't shut the door to the master bedroom due to size of bed), well-supllied kitchen, table and chairs on balcony overlooking lake and pool. We would stay again if the showers were fixed.

Water Leak Issue
We had a good initial visit to this condo up until Friday the week we were there. We came home after a 14 hr day at Disney to find my Husband's $1200 Apple Work computer and some plates sitting on the breakfast bar filled with water. There was also water on the surrounding area of the bar. We spoke with Mark the Owner several times that night and he seemed very concerned and had me call Building Maintenance. By the next day and several days later we had many conversations with Mark but his tone had changed and he told us he believed the Water Leak did not actually happen. We were very disappointed to hear this as we did have to replace the computer as it was ruined from being plugged in and filled with water. Mark has offered us $200 several days ago but we have not yet received the money. Just beware this "Did Happen" and it will happen again!
