Great Resort
Our week stay was above and beyond any expectations. Everyone was very friendly, the resort is clean and spacious. Very close to many attractions and numerous restaurants. Beautiful pools!

Orlando Gem
Enjoyed our stay. The unit was bright, modern and had everything we needed. Staff were helpful. The building next door was being renovated and even the workers were gracious and accommodating when we needed an elevator etc. The grounds were lovely and well maintained.

The place was very clean and was very recently renovated, so it was in pristine condition. It was handicapped accessible, however the entrance to the bathroom was very tight. They said it would be addressed.

A great surprise!
We had a wonderful stay! I booked our trip within 2 weeks of our check in day, and honestly didn't look too much into what the rooms/grounds looked like, the great price is really all I was paying attention to. We came in really late and was pleasantly surprised by how great the staff and suite were! We could not get over how many great amenities were included in our stay. We'll definitely check this place out again for all our future stays in Orlando.

Great place to stay
The place was as described. It is a resort with 2 pools and jacuzzis and a lot of amenities. Complete with a clean gym and a mini golf course. We stayed here for 4 weeks and got caught in the middle of 2 hurricanes, Helene and Milton and we felt safe during our stay. They are quick to resolve any issues with your stay. It is also near the theme parks and near restaurants that you can just walk over to. The only downside of our stay is that they will keep asking you to attend a timeshare presentation once you get there. We enjoyed our stay and will have this in mind as a place to stay when we go back to Orlando.

There is only two ways to obtain setvice or supplies text the staff or call reception. When we arrived the in room safe was left locked by previous guest. Two text and one call later we had to stop in the front office to complaint. Then a few days later we had the same experience trying to get toilet paper and towels. If you set up the system why not make sure it works by answering the phone and monitoring the text messages?. "Read the coments. I am not the only guest complaining about this".

It was ok
I was disappointed when I arrived no outdoor activities ie: pool etc. when arrived immediately after check in i was asked to sign up for an sales pressure meeting for upgrades or free tickets before i gotten my resort bands (which didnā€™t matter because none of the outdoor activities were open for use). Upon arrival of our condo the ac was working then within an hour i noticed that it felt warm and humid to find out that the ac unit tripped out ( clogged drain line which I am an certified hvac technician of 20+ years) it was 81*F. Hopefully next time we come we will have a better experience.

Great location
This was the first time for us to stay in Orlando. The unit was super clean and had everything we needed. The checkin process was very easy and the staff was very friendly. The pictures online are very accurate and the floor plan was as well. We were close enough to Universal and Disney Springs so the drive to each of those was easy. Our only issue that we had was the elevator was not functioning and we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. The unit is on the 5th floor. Needed the workout anyway.

Everything was good. Place was clean and kept. My only complaint is that Wyndham blew my phone up daily wanting me to participate in their ā€œsales pitchā€ after politely declining on the 1st call, they kept calling.

Definitely going back!
The room was clean and looked just as shown in the pictures. There were plenty of amenities and commodities on site. Prime location! Plenty of restaurants, stores and attractions nearby.
