The Sunrise vacation villa has been completely remodeled and decorated with adventure themed bedrooms.
Located in the exclusive Sunridge Woods complex, you will be only minutes away from Walt Disney World resort, Universal Studios, SeaWorld and Legoland. And for the golfers, again within 10 minutes drive, you can access, World renowned golf courses, The ChampionsGate, The Mystic Dunes , The Highland Reserves, The Providence Golf Club and Ridgewood Country club.
If you prefer to relax at the Sunrise Villa, it offers an incredible pool and spa patio with sun all day. With no neighbors in the back you will enjoy outdoor / pool life with complete privacy.
Our villa is family owned so, we do understand the importance of every detail that will make your vacation memorable and a real success.
The Sunrise villa is fully equipped with flat screens TV, High Speed Internet access, Wi-Fi network, and free long distance calls to USA and Canada.
Sunridge Woods is an exclusive and peaceful community of private homes set within a conservation area with attractive Wetlands to the front of the development.
There is a lake with stunning views and an abundance of wildlife at all times throughout the year, you may be lucky to spot Giant Gopher Tortoises, Vultures, American Bald Eagles, Peregrine Falcons, Red Cardinals to name a few.
Although a very peaceful community, Sunridge Woods is less than 10 minutes away from Highway 192 with its abundance of shops and restaurants that cater for a wide variety of tastes.
Grocery supermarket is 5 minutes away.
From the I-4 interstate, you can easily drive to both the East and West Coasts of Florida , enjoying a day at the beach or visiting places of interest , from the Kennedy Space Centre and Daytona to St Pete’s and Sarasota.

Family Vacation
First family vacation as a party of 5 and we loved it! They had everything we needed for the kids at the house. The pool and pool spa were amazing, we could barely get the kids out. Communication was super easy and quick. If we come back to Orlando we would rent again!

Perfect family accommodations!
Very clean and organized….. 20 minute car ride to Disney and loved the themed rooms and pool! Everyone had their own space to rest and relax after our days in the parks! Quick and easy communication with the owners, very lovely experience and would love to come back for future vacations!

We had a wondeful vacation. This home had absolutely everything you could need to feel at home. The pool was heated beautifully every day. The instructions for arriving, operating the bbq, tv were very clear and staright forward. The owners and property manager were kind and accessible.

Perfect place to stay for the parks
The decor was awesome, the house comfortable and wee felt like we lived there. Only downside to the whole experience is the traffic on Interstate 4 (which affected everyone in and around Orlando)

Fun House!
This was such a cute house and close to restaurants/shopping. The house had everything g we needed and the kids enjoyed having a pool. It’s about a 20 min drive to Disney, but is easily accessible from the highway.

Great stay in Orlando
We stayed at this lovely property that was not only perfect for the kids but for our adult group as well! The heated pull and hot tub were perfect especially after long days at the Parks. The themed rooms were great for the kids plus our 4 year old grandson enjoyed the toys already there to play with. Thank you for such a wonderful home to enjoy during our stay!

Safe neighborhood, close proximity to stores, shopping. We loved the private pool and hot tub! The house is decorated with Disney themes! The owners are extremely kind and helpful! Nice home for family stay in Orlando.
The home was very clean and spacious. It was about a 25 minute drive to everything in Orlando area. (Malls, Disney Spring, Etc) I loved the kids and beach toys that were on site. Only downside was the AC was not very cool at night (was on a locked thermostat that could only be adjusted so much) overall nice stay.

Perfect Family Getaway!
Lucie and Alain thought out every detail for visitors with little ones - from toddler bed rails, a toddler stepstool, a toddler toilet seat, to Roku streaming in every room, a fully equipped kitchen, and Disney/Universal themes throughout, this home was PERFECT for a family getaway! The pool and spa with a retractable awning over an outdoor table was a wonderful place to enjoy all of our meals! Lucie and Alain were super easy to work with, as well. 10 out of 10 would recommend staying here and hope to come back next year! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Great place and location!
We were doing our big Disney trip and wanted a nice spacious area for our family and a place to cook meals. The house has great Disney themed rooms. We all loved the pool, spa and game room. The place was very clean and the owners were very clear and communicative. With no traffic we got to the Disney parks in 20 min otherwise 40 max with traffic. Not bad at all! The neighborhood was nice as well as the neighbors. The TVs also had a great variety of things to watch. No complaints!

Lovely place for a relaxing vacation
It was our 2nd year staying at this lovely villa. The pool area was the highlight for our 3 children. The villa has everything you could ask for and is close to theme parks, shopping and restaurants. We found lucie and Alain very easy to deal with. Nothing was a problem. The local management company was very good and quickly fixed a minor problem we encountered.

Beautiful house
My family and I traveled to Orlando for Disney and we couldn't have found a better house and location. The house was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed. It felt like home away from home. The owner Lucie was kind enough to let us check in a bit earlier since we got there earlier than expected. The pool is beautiful and the water temperature was perfect. Location of the house is also perfect. Very close to everything you need. From grocery stores to Starbucks and 7-Eleven. We enjoyed the house and if we decide to go back to Disney, we will look to see if the house is available.

Great house, nice location, close stores...
We spent a week at the house. 5 adults and 3 children enjoyed a comfortable stay in this home away from home. Publix is minutes away so we were able to stock up and enjoy breakfast before we headed out and some dinners at the house too. The pool and game room were the highlights for the kids (and maybe adults too). We didn't have any problems that required assistance during any part of our stay. We would definitely consider this house again for a future visit.

Sunrise Villa
The villa was clean, well maintained and welcoming. The layout was practical and very comfortable throughout. We stayed for 3 very enjoyable weeks and at no point felt that there was anything more that could have been provided. Any queries were answered immediately by either the owners or the management company. The location of the villa is perfect for the Disney parks and there are a number of shops and restaurants very close by. The villa as a whole is very spacious and private. The spacious pool and spa was enjoyed by all!
