Self-service check-in & check-out went well. Room was clean & comfortable with a pleasing modern design. A chair (or two) in the room would've been appreciated. More than one hand towel would've also been appreciated.

My family and I were under the impression it was a hotel and it's more of an Airbnb style. Nobody is going to come and clean the room or throw out the trash or replace the towels for the entirety of your stay. The shower itself also had mold and there seemed to be some stains on the floor like it wasn't cleaned properly. Lastly my parents bed you could tell the pillow sheets had not been replaced and smelled like someone slept on them. The only positive things I can say the owner was responsive and it's 15 minutes away from all parks.

The room, area, staff, and location of the property were excellent. The only problem was with the owner because of a failure to solve our problem. When we arrived (Friday afternoon) we realized that the TV remote control was not working with the TV.. We contacted the front desk and he (Daniel) visited our room (131) and agreed that the remote was not working. He advised us that the owner was contacted and that the owner would bring another remote control. No remote was delivered Friday night, Saturday,or Sunday. On Monday, I stopped at reception and and complained about the lack of response by the owner to resolve the problem. The woman called the owner and offered the phone to me to talk to him but I refused. He had 4.5 days to take care of the problem but didn't. We were very disappointed with the lack of respone by the owner. I can only hope that he resolves this problem before the next guest checks in.

To be honest, you get what you pay for. There isn’t any towel service or room cleaning service during your stay which isn’t the worst, not the most impossible thing to deal with. The room wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t the best either. The room had an odd smell to it when we walked in, it’s an apartment style hotel so at night you can hear people in the parking lot & on the sidewalk when they pass, it’s hard to get sleep when you can hear people right outside the door. I don’t know if this was intentional but the bathroom was missing a shower door so instead of it being a walk in bathtub with a door you can slide closed behind you, it was a single glass door that didn’t have another one to prevent water from coming out the bathroom. Also, the shower over head was not working properly as well, the only part of the shower that was working was a hand held shower head and not the overhead one. Even when you turned on the water to run it, the water had a funny aroma to it. Also, the room wasn’t properly cleaned. Even using the bathroom sink, we noticed food coming up the sink that was meant for us to use. An entire blueberry came up from under the stopper in the sink. If you’re looking for a place just to sleep, this is the bare minimum. We were supposed to receive check in instructions around 2:30 and didn’t get them almost 30 minutes later even prior to letting them know we were on property waiting to receive them.

Bad experience from the time we arrived! Walked into the lobby where 1 woman sat staring down at her computer. She finally looked up & was surprised when I said we had a reservation. I showed her my confirmation email, & she had to make a phone call to someone who then gave her our room number & room code for entry. I received an email the next day with the necessary info needed to check in - A DAY LATE! There is NO ELEVATOR, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs to our room. There was a dirty towel on the bathroom floor when we got there. The bathroom door had to be shoved with my whole body weight to get it to shut & latch, & it would not lock. We were contacted by email & text the next morning about checking out. I responded both through text and email as they requested, telling them we had checked out. THEN I continued receiving emails about how to CHECK IN that whole day, and told them to STOP emailing me! We had already checked out! Everything about this stay was horrible.

I really liked the place, everything was clean and easy to access to restaurants, Disney and Disney Springs. The only thing I didn't like was the man at the reception, he should be more communicative and pay more attention to newcomers. The first impression he gave me was terrible. I already imagined that the place would be terrible. But don't be fooled by the poor service at reception, the place is good.

Unexpected Nicety/Que Bueno
Didn’t know how nice this place would be. Excellent value! Bright with ample space, Smart TV, fast WiFi, and way too comfortable beds. No one bothers you. The breakfast is at a restaurant space on the property. I’m not a fan. Tried gaslighting me to accept a hot dog when I ordered sausage links instead of honestly telling me they were out! Fortunately there was someone with integrity working in the kitchen. So many dining options within walking distance.
