Disney has done a marvelous job creating the MCU and this house is specially designed for all Marvel fans. The tastefully decorated 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom pool home is in the gated Solterra Resort. Your vacation rental includes access to all of Solterra's amenities free of charge. One of the premier resort communities in Orlando, Solterra is a wonderful gated community for families. The resort features a community pool, cabanas, slide, lazy river, gym and a pool side bar & grill. Plus it is only 20 miles from Disney, 35 minutes from Universal and 35 minutes from the airport.

The villa is a well appointed 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home. Each bedroom has its own bathroom creating privacy and much needed shower space to get everyone ready for a day at the parks, golf course, shopping or just hanging at the pool.

Enjoy all of the beautiful Florida sun with a south facing pool and spa. The pool has been updated to a saltwater system. Stop swimming in over chlorinated pools that burn your eyes. Saltwater systems use a computer and electrolysis to control pool hygiene. Most vacation home pools are visited by a "pool guy" once a week who dumps tons of chlorine into the pool so that it lasts until the next week. The pools reek of chlorine and burn your eyes. A saltwater system is like swimming in saline. The water has a soft and silky feel. Saltwater systems are also better for your skin and hair because the chlorine level is properly controlled. Once you swim in one, you'll never want to rent a non-saltwater pool again.

Since the house is perfectly south facing, the cabana offers excellent shade all-day for those who need a little reprieve from the suns rays. The pool also features a set of shrubs that provide privacy from the neighbors. They are cut low in the back to provide a beautiful view of the pond behind the house.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The breakfast bar has stools for a quick bite or for sitting while talking to the chef. Counter top appliances include a Kuerig machine in addition to the normal coffee pot, kettle, toaster and blender.

The dining room is in the center of it all with seating for eight. A highchair is also available for those with little guests.

Connected to the dining room is a living room with a large 75" Smart TV. Feel free to use your Netflix or Disney+ account to watch movies and television shows. Modern furnishings give guest the feeling of living in another universe.

The single story home features 5 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The primary suite is our Shang-Chi inspired bedroom. This suite has a king bed, Smart TV, dual sink bathroom, walk-in closet and tiled shower.

The Ironman themed room has a queen sized bed, en suite bathroom and closet. The bathroom has a tiled standup shower.

Hulk's bedroom from Sakaar has the other queen sized bed and on suite bathroom. The bathroom has a tub with shower.

The Spider-Man bedroom looks straight out of the comics featuring your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man tangling with the Green Goblin. Two twin beds are available for sleeping. The bathroom is just outside of the bedroom door.

Our Black Panther bedroom features a custom Wakandan mural inspired by Shiri's lab. The room has two twin beds for sleeping. The bathroom is just outside of the bedroom door.

Finally, no Florida home would be complete without a game room. This is no ordinary game room. It is Time Theater 25 from the Disney+ Loki series. The air conditioned space has its own private theater, air hockey and foosball table.

The washer and dryer are located in a small room leading to the Time Theater.

NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features a Ring doorbell device with exterior security cameras facing the front outdoor entry, driveway and sides of the home. The cameras DO NOT look into any interior spaces. The cameras actively record video when motion is detected by the device or when the video doorbell button is pressed.
