The Space:
This 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom house is ideal for large families or groups of friends seeking a comfortable and spacious vacation rental. It's equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and located in the prestigious Champions Gate Resort, offering a luxurious and peaceful environment. The house's location is very convenient, with Walmart just 9 minutes away and Disney just 20 minutes away. Keep in mind that the pool heater is available at an extra fee.

Other Things to Note:
BOOKING YOUR STAY:
You must be 21 years of age or older to book with us. When requested, the guest must provide us with an ID. Your ID and payment method must match. Failure to provide ID will result in the booking being canceled.


BEFORE CHECKING IN:
Attention: it is very important that all guests must provide a complete guest list of first and last names by 5pm EST at least 24 hours before their arrival. The resort will not allow access if the names are not registered.


POOL AND SPA HEATER:
Please note: the SPA is not a hot tub. The SPA is connected to the pool using the same system. The pool heater is required to heat both and there is an additional fee. The pool heater can take up to 24 HOURS to fully heat and will be turned on once the payment has processed, so please be sure to request the pool heater at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Guest must be 21 years or older to book
- Parties are not permitted
- Pets are not allowed
- Smoking is not allowed indoors
- Pool and Spa heater is an additional fee and it must be requested
- The resort charges a $10 fee for deliveries
- USPS does not ship to this address and we are not responsible for unattended packages
