Boasting a sprawling 1,600 square feet of comfort and style, the Curacao villa is a three-bedroom unit that can sleep six guests comfortably. Architectural awe like vaulted ceilings and conveniences like three TVs with cable service and high-speed internet access make these villas both visually appealing and family-friendly. The Curacao has a king-sized bed in the master bedroom along with a queen-sized bed in the first guest bedroom and two twin beds in the second guest bedroom. The Curacao villas also have two full bathrooms to speed up prep time in the mornings- with the master bath featuring dual sinks and a separate tub and shower. Enjoy meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, which includes all major appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, stove and microwave, and also includes cookware, utensils and glassware. Enjoy coffee or drinks while taking in the scenery from one of two screened balconies with tables and chairs. Perfect!
It was an absolutely perfect property for our stay during cheer nationals. It was beautiful and very spacious! Although we didn’t have any time to utilize the clubhouse, I did tour it and loved what it had to offer. I didn’t see a day the pool wasn’t being enjoyed. The distance to the ESPN center did not exceed what I wanted. I all around loved it and hope to book the same room for future nationals comps.

Our location was very good. Centrally located for what we were doing. The room/apt we had was nice, clean, and spacious. We had an enjoyable experience. The only issue we had was some miscommunication. I had emailed to find out if bed linens were provided. I was told "no". So, we came equipped with linens which made our luggage much heavier. When we arrived, the we're linens on the beds, so we didn't need them after all. That did not detract for our enjoyable stay.

Spacious comfortable quiet rental
The overall unit was spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, living room, and full kitchen. The living room does have a new sectional couch rather than the sofa and love seat shown in the pictures. Although we didn't do a lot of cooking, the kitchen had all the necessary pots/pans, dishes, cooking utensils we needed. We took advantage of the deep tub off the master bedroom. We found the water heater provided adequate hot water to fill the tub several times over our week stay. Enjoyed several relaxing baths!!! We also enjoyed sitting at the table on the screened in balcony playing games, reading, and just visiting with another. You can also partially see the fireworks show from Magic Kingdom while on the balcony. The beds made noise as you climb into them, but overall we found the mattresses comfortable as we slept. We were able to get additional supplies like dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, etc. as requested from the front desk. A couple recommendations for improvement would be some of the chairs at the dining room table were uncomfortable, a couple of the vertical blinds at the sliding glass doors were missing (not a huge deal as there are also curtains), and replacement of carpet and mattresses in the future. Bottom line, my family truly enjoyed this rental and would definitely rent again in the future.

It was just as nice as pictured
The staff was very friendly, the condo was spacious and beautiful.. you can tell they did a lot of updating and remodeling of the rooms.. furniture looks more new.. they had all the amenities. Utensils , washing powder, towels rags , I didn’t have to bring anything extra.. and for the price? You definitely CANNOT beat that!!! Great experience I will be returning!!!

Great place to Stay
My family and I loved the place. It was almost perfect. There were a couple things that could have been better and would have made it perfect. However, we still enjoyed our stay. First the not so great stuff... Firstly, a TV in the 3rd bedroom should be standard. Having a child in that room with no TV on vacation, is pretty tough. I felt bad about that. Secondly, the latch on the front door was very loose, (an easy fix, that I told maintenance about.) Thirdly, the glass topper on the dining room table had a small chip on the edge. My son cut his finger walking by swinging his hand. (I also spoke with maintenance about this and they said they’d handle it. They were very nice.) Fourth, to be nit-picky, lol. This home needed a little more cleaning TLC, the carpet should be replaced, and the lighting is a little dated. Lastly, there was a wasp nest on the patio and the screen was broken (I forgot to tell maintenance about that.) Now for the good stuff... -The front desk staff was great! Very nice and super efficient. -The grounds were well kept and our bldg was very quiet. -Parking was pretty easy no matter the time. -The unit was very nice and cozy. -The unit was much bigger than the pictures let on. -My family felt right at home from the beginning. -The beds all felt great. We didn’t want to get out of bed to go anywhere. Lol! We spent most of our time in the unit and didn’t regret it at all. It was comfy cozy. - Everything worked. All appliances, lighting, TVs, showers, and the washer and dryer were great. -The pool was lovely and we had a great time. Overall, this was a great place to stay! Even with all of the nit-picky stuff, we’d stay again in a heartbeat AND recommend it. The main thing was, it felt like home. Book it, you’ll enjoy it.

The 1st time we walked up the elevator got stuck and people were inside. But they did switch us buildings. But the elevator is not much better. But other than that. This was a great property! Amazing space. Very clean. Very friendly!
