Large and functional space, needs maintenance and cleaning
The size of the unit, the convenience to Disney, and the functionality of the layout were great. However, there was black mold on the ceilings and in the showers, the carpets were filthy, and the floors in the family room area were dirty upon our arrival. The faucets throughout the house were loose. The shower in one bathroom took hours to drain. The dryer in the laundry room simply did not work. The bottoms of the shower doors were (in addition to moldy) unclean and brown. The rug in the bunk room was visibly dirty and disgusting. There was also an hole in the wall in the master bedroom. Again, the size, location, and functionality is there, but the unit needs a deep clean, new carpeting, an HVAC cleaning, and a general maintenance.
