If you are looking for a beautiful, safe, quiet and private vacation home in a gated community in an area near Disney World with plenty of other desirable shops and restaurants, then you've found it! We offer a very clean home with brand new features all over the house including a little touch of Disney! We have installed beautiful brand new flooring in May 2023. Also included wireless internet, brand new AC Unit installed in March 2019 , the home offers 5 beautiful bedrooms, including a large master with a 55 inch flatscreen tv and a king size bed. The master bath has large walk in shower with soaking tub. Also a great home for the entire family, featuring two custom designed kids rooms with Minion and Mickey Mouse themes. Both of the other bedrooms have flat screens with cable and free wifi throughout the home! We've converted the garage into an awesome game area for everyone to enjoy with a pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, basketball game and other family games. It wouldn't be a Florida vacation without a peaceful pool/spa area. It will make you never want to leave! We’ve added privacy screens to both sides of the pool enclosure and there are no rear neighbors!! There is a BBQ available to rent for a small fee. Lots of new upgrades in the home ,including pool/spa heater, Samsung dryer and a new washing machine, refrigerator, new stove and dishwasher including 4 large flatscreen TVs. As a stress free bonus we provide all your bedding and towels. If you would like to heat the pool and spa it's only a $25 a day charge. This home is designed with our clients in mind and we have made sure to put a property management team in place that we have the upmost confidence in to make sure the home is clean when you arrive and also they are there as a safety net in case anything isn't up to our vacation families standards. As owners we take this rental property very seriously and are hands on all the time. We're very easy to contact and we will be responsive as quickly as possible to fix anything that seems out of place. Disney World is only 10 to 15 miles away depending on which park you are visiting. High grove community also offers a large clubhouse with a very large pool, exercise room, mini golf, playground, game room, computers and friendly staff to answer any questions you might have about the clermont area.
