Great Location
The villa is in a fantastic location with easy access to the Disney parks which are 20 minutes away. The property is well equipped and quite modern. I was disappointed with the cleaning standards, the bedroom carpets are dirty and the villa is requires general cleaning and repainting. The leather sofas were dirty as was the outside furniture. Itā€™s a shame that the property is not maintained to a high standard.

Property not like it was described
I have rented at least four properties in the Florida area. This is the first time I was disappointed in the appearance of the property. The main thing I didnā€™t like was the patio screens was ripped or missing so the kids were fighting off bugs when we used the pool. If I has known I wouldnā€™t have rented.

Great vacation home
The house it self was great. Very clean. Just not enough towels and washcloths. If you are the type of person that uses a different towel and washcloth every time you shower, you will definitely have to wash towels every day. With a family of five we had to. And honestly there wasnā€™t enough washcloths for everyone. The neighborhood is gated, but it is very much vacation homes. Our first night the house right across the street from us had a huge graduation party of 300+ kids. Cops came out there once to settle them down the second time, we personally had to call because there was a shooting at 4am. Luckily, no one was hurt, but the gunshots happen right outside of the home that we stayed in. Not the property managers fault but if youā€™re looking for a neighborhood to stay in that is not 90% rentals I would recommend a different neighborhood.

Lovely Holiday !
We loved this property! It was just perfect for our family . We stayed for 10 days and it was a great experience. Communication was easy with the owner and check in was seamless. I did wish the cleaners did a better job before we arrived . I am particular about cleanliness and it was not up to my personal standards. However, This can be a quick fix by having a deep clean done on the home. Otherwise it was a perfect place to stay. I would stay again if we return to Kissimmee:)

House and location nice and clean. Communication could be better, heated pool is available at an extra cost, I send message in am that I wanted heated pool didnā€™t get reply back til night (by that time itā€™s was not worth paying fee to have heated pool for a few hours). Bed bugs found !! My husband had been itching for days so we decided to look into the bed sheets. We found and took pictures of bed bugs, called owner about situation.

Good overall
It was a nice stay overall with a good comunication with Carlos. We had a great time at the pool, it has a gas grill and a nice view of the lake. Easy access and good neighborhood. It would be better if soap, trash bags and sponge was available. Also the price for the pool heating could be on the listing.

The house was beautiful! It is very close to the attractions. The kids rooms donā€™t have TVs. The checkin process was a bit unorganized but I do thank our host for providing a gate key for the stay. Overall I would recommend this property for a family vacation! Carlos, our host, was excellent!

Our house Carlos was a quick responder and insured everything ran smoothly for our stay. Thereā€™s plenty a room for the kiddos a private pool. Garage area for storage of any larger items brought along. Lovely home.

Perfect property
The location of this property is conveniently located close to the grocery store, restaurants and shopping. I would recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to any of the theme parks as is it within 30 minute drive to all the parks. The property is equipped with everything you need, well maintained and very clean. This was a trip that we will never forget and definitely recommend staying with Carlos

Best experience with this rental by far!
We had such a great time here and the house was very clean and location was super convenient (less than 2 mins drive from Super Walmart and other stores). Carlos was very accommodating with our requests and went out of his way to make our stay more enjoyable. Would definitely come back here again!!

The location of this house is perfect. Not too far from Disney, Universal and Seaworld. It's located right behind Medieval Times. Gated Community. No issues at all accessing the property. House was clean, beautiful and comfortable. The only thing lacking is wash clothes. There are also no TV's in the two small bedrooms, which really wasn't an issue for us because the kids were exhausted! The pool was very clean! Carlos was available when there were questions. Overall this was a perfect place for my Family and we will definitely recommend to anyone. Thanks Carlos for a great and easy stay!

Nice Area and house
We stayed here for almost a week on an Orlando area vacation. The house was great, not too much to complain about. One thing is the selection of pillows, they were not to our liking and there really was nothing else available. Other than that, the house was great and as expected.
