*Optional Heating Fee for our pool is $30.00 per day at a minimum of 3 full days. If you would like to add this to your stay please let us know right away or 24 hours before check-in as it does take time to get the heat up and running. (Payment for this will be sent to you separately, tax will be added.)
**If your stay is for 3 nights (2 full days) please know that pool heat does not qualify for your stay unless you would like to pay the minimum of 3 full days of pool heat.
*There is valet trash, please put all trash inside of a trash bag, then place bag inside of the bench that is located out front. There is a trash schedule listed inside of the property. (Trash may not get picked up on a major holiday.) Any loose trash/recycling inside of the bench will not be taken, everything must be in a secured trash bag. Any loose or bagged trash/recycling outside of the bench will also not be taken, if there is not anymore room inside of the bench please walk it over to the garbage compactor that is located between our building and the clubhouse. Garbage bags must be placed inside of the garbage compactor, failure to do so could result in a fine from the community that will be passed onto the guest.
*If you would like housekeeping services in-between your stay please let me know that and we can arrange to have our cleaners come by during your stay (this will be an additional fee, rates vary depending on the request that is made). The cleaning fee that you pay for at the time of booking is the cost of the cleaning after your stay.
*Our end-unit does back up to a conservation, so you may see wild animals especially racoons, we ask that you bring in all food when no-one is using the enclosed pool area as this can attract them to come out. Racoons are not shy and climbing an enclosed area does not faze them. So, again please bring in all food when the area is not being used, and do not try to feed them.
