The space
☆ Our home is very well located in Bella Vida Resort with short walking distance to the club house, where you will find community heated pool, gym, volley court, basketball and kids playground.

☆ Ground Floor

-> The living room is open and spacious with a 3 seats sofa and loveseat to relax and enjoy the 50 inch TV. This area opens to the fully screened lanai and pool area with BBQ. There are also a half bathroom on ground floor.

-> Dining table seats 5 and another two at the breakfast bar. If you feel like cooking the beautiful and fully kitchen appliances is ready for you. All of this is designed to be open and family ready.

-> Laundry room with Washing Machine, Dryer, Iron, Iron table and clothesline.

-> This family friendly home also offers free WIFI.

☆ Second floor

- Master Suite - King size bed, SMART TV, Closet and private bathroom with shower room.
- Queen Bedroom - Queen size bed, SMART TV, sharing full bathroom.
- 1 Twin Bedroom with 2 twin beds each with TV sharing full bathroom

BBQ Fee $85.00 - include 1(one) full propane tank. Must be requested one week in advance.

Great spot to stay
Was a great location to stay when wanting more room than a small Disney hotel and at a much better price which made then twenty min drive each way worth it.

I would stay again just got some minor tweaks to fix
My stay was pretty good just a few things that were not right. My daughters were in the pool and the pool guys just showed up to tell them to get out they had to clean it and couldn’t get back in the rest of the day. I did not appreciate that. Communication with the owner was terrible they Neva responded to any of my messages. But I would stay here again I really liked the townhouse.
