Set within the hugely popular Lake Buena Vista Resort and Spa, our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo offers panoramic views of the surrounding area especially from our private balcony.
Situated only three miles from Disney, it is ideally located for those guests not wishing to drive but who prefer to use rideshare such as Uber or Lyft.
A perfect place to stay after a busy day at the parks, whether you choose to use the large pool with pirate ship, water slides and poolside bar or relax by the secondary pool only a short walk from the condo building, Lake Buena Vista resort has it all. There is an Irish themed bar & grill or a Pizza Hut Express should you wish to dine in or takeout.
There is the nearby option of shopping at the walkable Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores outlet.
Situated on the ground floor of the building, it sits adjacent to the quieter secondary pool of the resort. Itā€™s perfect location making it easy to pop back into the condo for cool refreshments etc.
The accommodation comprises of one king master suite, one double bedroom and one room with two twin beds. A second bathroom is shared by the second and third bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster & coffee maker as well as a dining table with 6 seats. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV are also provided for your comfort.
There is also ample free on-site car parking with EV charge points less than a mile away.

Communication was good. I needed to extend my stay just after booking and I was accommodated and notified within a short time. The place is a little dated and needs a facelift. It could use a paint job, new furniture and carpets. But it wasnā€™t anything that affected our stay and it didnā€™t ruin or damper our vacation. We spend most of our time out and about so the rooms are Basically Used to sleep shower and eat. When I first got there you could definitely tell from The smell that the rooms were cleaned and I like that.

Decent place to stay, close to everything Orlando
Decent place to stay for the price, could definitely use a few upgrades though. The shower in the master bath has no curtain or door so water does leak out into the whole bathroom area, we laid towels down to soak it up. The shower in the other bathroom barely has pressure. The handle on the kitchen sink needs to be replaced or at least a screw pin put in, it works but is very loose and needs to be turned off to change water temp. The washer is really loud, only use if you wonā€™t be there. All the furniture is at the end of its life so hopefully owner replaces soon, the one chair in tv area, my teen sat in, I thought was going to break-she weighs all of 110lbs. While it could use the upgrades this place was clean, with plenty of space, check in process was super easy-no lobby interaction involved, and super close to all things Disney, Universal, airport and convention center.

I try to always be optimistic but not with this property. The resort itself and staff are wonderful. We have stayed here many times. This unit however was not wonderful. The back burners smoke on the oven and the door is broken so can not use. the unit smells terribly of musk, There is a dehumidifier in the living room we emptied non stop during our stay. The kitchen sink handle barely works. The twin bedroom smelled of urine , the sheets smelled of sweat with urine stain on one. The mattress cover stained with urine and blood. The TV is probably a 19 inch in the living room. Furniture is very wobbly. We were given one key card for all of us and when it quit working waited to the end of the next day to get it resolved. Luckily the resort staff was so helpful to us. We would have asked for money back if we could have. Knowing the other units we stayed in were so nice and kept up well , we knew what we were missing.

Great weekend getaway in Orlando
Nice place and a great location for the theme parks. Condo was large enough for 6 adults and teenagers. There is food, convenience store, and pool within 2 minutes walk. Took 10 minutes to drive to Disney and less than 20 to Universal. Well worth the money. thanks

Get what you pay for!
I feel like I am a very positive person and try to look at things on the bright side but this place was very hard for me to find that. Where to start? The bathrooms/bathtubs were disgusting and not cleaned. After ready to relax on vacation, deep cleaning toilets and bathtubs was the last thing I wanted to do for my children. After doing this, I realized the only place I could bathe my little ones was in the jacuzzi tub, because the tub in the other doesnā€™t even have the drain in it. There were clothes and later found trash under the beds/dressers. The beds were half way made with pillows on the floor. There was nothing but cigarette butts all over the balcony. My family of five could only sit on the mid size couch in the living room because the other seats they had are very wobbly and could break at any moment sitting on it. Coffee table is on its last leg also! All of the AC vents are full thick of black dust. The walls have what looked like food all over them! I would have asked for my money back and found another place last minute but could not due to policy. No covering over the light in the only shower that we could shower in which is so unsafe. After complaining of a few things to Kevin he was extremely nice and responsive but I stopped because either way I couldnā€™t get my money back. I wish I could upload pics of this all but not an option. 90$ a night I thought this was a steal with there being so many good reviews, but we definitely got what we paid for if not less!

We had a great stay. The pool area outside the condo was quite and never busy, It was so nice after a long day at the parks. Our flight was delayed getting in so I was worried about getting into the condo, but after a message with Kevin and a call to the front desk we made it in no problem.

Nice family condo
Close to many attractions in Orlando. Condo sufficient for our weeks stay. Got response from property manager quickly- about a lobby key card to enter the property-one didnā€™t work but was fixed right away. Property was clean and had the basics stocked. The property has 2 pools, hot tubs, a restaurant-pool bar, convenience store and on site Pizza Hut. Would stay here again

Great Room for the price
We were close to everything and our son really enjoyed the pirate ship pool. Room had everything we needed and the Pizza Hut on site came in handy as we ate there multiple times. We would definitely stay here again if we ever have to go back to the area!

Had to cut our stay short
Overall, this property might be just fine for you. The owners are quick to respond and tried their best to be proactive about any issues. However, our youngest has asthma and shortly after arriving he needed to start doing his breathing treatments. We had noticed a musty smell when we would walk into the unit but thought maybe the AC had been off since the previous renters. We were hoping that he would be alright but by night 2 he needed to go to the emergency room where he required hours of treatments and they recommended we do not take him back. We ended up having to last minute rent a new place for the remainder of our stay which thankfully ended up working great for him. Aside from this place not working for our family, the place was clean, plenty of towels, the beds were fine, and the pool was very neat (side note we were told it was heated--we stayed in Feb--and it was freezing cold). When checking in you have no way into the building aside from waiting for another guest to open the doors for you. Thankfully at our arrival time there was plenty of traffic in and out however our keys to the building were not working and we had to wait until the next day to get them re-set. When we went to the pool that first evening we had to wait 15 min outside wet and cold before someone finally left the building letting us inside. Again not the end of the world but certainly could be an issue depending on what time you plan to arrive. There were other little things that could easily be fixed like the master bedroom door and bathroom did not lock and the shower has no curtain so privacy is difficult. The master shower has an open and exposed light fixture in the ceiling over the shower- dangerous for sure. Lastly due to the shower having no curtain, the bathroom floor gets very wet. We had to line the whole master bathroom with towels so we didn't slip. Would I say never stay here, no it could be fine for you, but if anyone has asthma I would skip it--not worth the pain to my son, the time lost, and the money we lost on skipping out on the remainder of out stay there as per the refund policy we were not refunded anything. **I have never left a review like this, but wish that someone else had because we would have known that this place would not work for us. **

When we first arrived the air conditioning wasn't working but the property manager had someone come and get it back going. Unfortunately it went out a 2nd time but I contacted the manager and he sent the guys back out and we stayed cool the rest of our trip.

This is a great location!! Owner is awesome at responding quickly!! Only thing is you donā€™t get the front door key in advance. We had to wait for another group to enter and explain the situation. But who know in the future they can get keyā€™s early?! Perfect location for Disney and the grocery store!!

The condo unit we stayed in was clean and spacious, there were many small updates/fixes that could be done to make this a really wonderful place instead of average. For example, not all outlets worked, only 1 burner on the stove worked, lots of dust in vent on wall right next to kitchen table and on the walls up to ceilings, old shower heads. The location was great, unit next to a quite pool and only 10 minute drive to Disney and many other locations. Front desk staff helpful. The pools state they are heated, they aren't (at least they weren't when we were there in January, too cold to swim if it was shady out) and jets on the hot tubs didn't work.

Great location if you are going to Disney. The Irish pub across from the property had good food and we ordered from them several times. The check in was complicated. You needed the key card to access the front door to get to the building but you had to search various balconies to find the right one where the card box was located. Fortunately some other people came along and let us in. One key card (the lighter one) worked. The other never did. The condo itself is dated, tired and badly needs updating. Pillows in all rooms are flat. Mattresses in every bedroom too soft and lack support. Sofa too soft. Was hard for this old person to get up and down. Stove absolutely needs to be replaced. Some burners didn't work. Those that did smoked when turned on from the grease buildup. The exhaust fan over the master tub is very loud and the sound varies in intensity. Need a new light bulb in the light fixture over the dining table. Need to replace some of the fluorescent lights in the kitchen. Need longer valences or curtains to block out the outside lights coming into the bedroom at night. Ceiling fan in bedroom with twin beds doesn't work. Wet sheets were hung in the closet in the queen room. Shower heads in both bathrooms need decalcification. Air handler grate needs major cleaning. The moisture control containers in every room gave off a funky smell when you first entered the unit. Not as noticeable once you were inside the unit for a while.

What a nightmare, found out when we got to the building that we had to go through a locked entry(we had no key card) called and was told that a lock box was on the balcony( the balconyā€™s are not numbered) so after going around to all the balconies and crawling through two sets of bushes we locate the lock box ( on the other side of the balcony fence) got into the lock box and there was no keys .. was told to wait by the door and follow someone in šŸ¤¦šŸ»ā€ā™€ļøā€¦. So we finally got into the apartment and the key cards were on the kitchen counterā€¦ we left to grab dinner came back and noticed bugs crawling all over the stove(they did have someone address the problem after I complained of bugs). No very clean found someoneā€™s pair of socks under the chair in the bedroom. Towels were provided as well as bar soap and dish soap, two laundry pods. There is a coffee pot however they do not leave coffee filter so you will need to buy some. Location is great close to Disney and restaurants.

I was to receive a text with a passcode to the door on the arrival date but it never came. I frantically started calling and messaging the owner for info as we approached. Finally received the passcode. However upon arrival we realize the door to the condo is not an outside entrance but inside a building, to which an access card is needed to enter. So after two days on the road we were left standing at the doors to the building, with all of our stuff and no way to get in. We had to wait for someone to be coming out in order to enter. We got into the condo and the instructions stayed the access card was in a lockbox on the patio however we were never given the lockbox passcode. So I had to get ahold of the owner again for that. Then, we were locked out of the building again as it was discovered our access card did not work. Messaged owner again. Was instructed to go to the front desk of the main building and speak with them. Hassle. They donā€™t really want to deal with you either since you booked through owner and not through them. So on day 3, the access card was finally resolved. However knowing where to take our trash was never resolved. The owner told us there was a marked trash place on first floor where we were staying and there was not. Front desk also said there would be a shoot we could access with our key card for trash. There 100% was not. Turns out there were shoots on above floors but no one on first floor knew what to do with their trash. We had to be creative and take it with us to gas stations to throw away or use the trashcan at the front door. The morning we left I just left two bags outside the door in hallway. Who knows what happened to it. Also, an email goes out to you the day before arrival letting you know you will be provided one roll of tp, one roll of paper towels, one dish tab, one trash bag and no cleaning supplies. The problem with this, is most people have already prepared and packed and possibly left by the time this information comes in. You are then left purchasing at a higher price from the condo store. not having general cleaning supplies on hand is just gross. Some Clorox wipes could go a long way. You need to be able to wipe counters and pick up messes. Another disappointment was the kitchen. Thereā€™s some sort of small bug infestation on the stove. If you look at the stove you will see very tiny bugs running all around it. 1 night a piece of rice got left on the stove & the next morning there were tons of them.
