Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. You are close to Disney, Universal, Sea World, and only a hour or so to the beach on either side.
The Villa has 3 Bdrm and 2 Baths, family friendly with kid dishes and toys along with a high chair, pack nā€™play, and stoller.
The club has great amenities that will please the whole family. We have accommodations for little ones. There is plenty of room for the whole family to have their own space. We have done our best to make sure that you have what you need for your stay. We canā€™t wait to host you.

Just Right
The condo worked perfectly for our mini vacay. The rooms were a great size and accommodated our family perfectly. Amanda was super responsive and attentive to any issues we had. We were initially only given 4 towels and there were 6 of us. I sent Amanda a message and she had brand new towels delivered from Target within a couple of hours. We were able to go over to the pool area and given it was a Tuesday in October we had the entire area to ourselves! All in all this was a great choice for our family.

Great Owners
Excellent response time from the owners who were super kind. The resort front desk people were also very kind. We had 5 kids 3 adults and had plenty of room and comfort for all of us. Just a few suggestions, if you are a coffee drinker bring KCups and also be sure to bring extra toilet paper it will save you a trip to the store.

Great, just needs to be cleaned more.
It was fantastic, my only complaint would be its pretty worn down (marks on walls, nobs coming off, lots of dust, looked like water damage to baseboards and bottom if kitchen areas). We found trash from previous travelers, Marks on the walls, and it looks like stuff was swept into the corners but not cleaned up. But outside of those it was a very good place to stay.

It was a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and the perfect setup for a family. Check-in was so easy and it was close to all the major attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

It felt like home as soon as we walked in. The location to surrounding attractions was ideal. The beds & couches were comfortable. The kitchen layout I loved. The pools were perfect temperature and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would 100% book again and would recommend!

Just book it already!
Your rental price includes a lot of extras. Not only do you get access to all the resort amenities where this condo is located, you get access to all the resort amenities directly across the street as well - including a tiki bar with adult beverages and food, mini-golf, a rock climbing wall and several more pools. The cleanliness of the condo was top notch. Countertops, linens, cutlery, toilets and bathtubs were all clean. The carpets were clean and there was NOT any weird odors. There were more than enough towels provided to last everyone the week. There was a fancy newer washer/dryer if you did need to wash throughout the week. Both washer/dryer were clean inside without any odors. The location was PERFECT. It was located just inside the resort gates and across from the trash bins. It was maybe a 30 second walk to the pools within our resort and a minute walk across the street for the other amenities. It was a quick drive to any of the Disney parks (under 10 minutes.) It was also just a minute drive to numerous restaurants and right around the corner to Wal-Mart. Check in could not have been any easier. The owner emailed all the instructions/codes/information we needed 2 days before our arrival date. We had a late arrival, almost midnight, and didn't have to worry about anyone being available to check us in. We literally parked in front of our door and went in. Needless to say, if we return to Orlando this condo will be our first choice.

Near Disney Winter getaway
We stayed for 2 months. The condo is very clean & spacious. Itā€™s close enough to Disney, yet far away enough to get away from madness. There are plenty of amenities to keep everyone age group entertained. The owners were very easy to get ahold of if/when needed. We will definitely tell all our friends & family to stay here. We will definitely stay again in future.
