The average Disney resort hotel room is approximately a 350 square foot room -- not much room, especially for a family or 2! Our Vacation home is approximately 2500 square feet, with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, can sleep 11 comfortably, with a kitchen, lanai, private pool and spa plus a game room – at a fraction of the cost of a Disney hotel that only gives you a microwave and a tiny fridge. You can be from Windsor Hills to a Disney park faster than if you were staying at a Disney hotel relying on their transportation.

The property was clean and well appointed. The games room and pool made it a great place to be between visits to the parks and attractions. The location is quiet and pleasant with great views across the lake.

Close to Disney and all the parks. Having both a personal and community pool were great and we made good use of both. Lots of room in the home! Property described well in listing and owner very responsive.

Great location and very responsive host
We stayed here in late September into the first week of October. We actually checked in the day after Hurricane Helene made landfall in Florida. The house was in good condition but the pool was unusable on arrival as there was a lot of debris on the bottom of the pool. Having said that, Debby was very responsive when I called her to inform her of this and the weeds in between the pool area interlock. She sent her pool team fover first thing the next day and cleaned the pool for us to use. I'm a big believer in giving credit where credit is due when problems arise and Debby certainly did not disappoint. Thank you for being a great and responsive host and we will certainly consider coming back for our next trip to Disney.

A great stay
We stayed here for 10 days while we visited amusement parks in the area. The location is great - very close to the airport, Disney parks and universal studios. It is a very busy area however (obviously) so not a spot to get away from the hustle and bustle. The house is very well appointed, and well laid out. Nice to have the backyard facing the greenery/pond rather than another house. Some lushness by the pool area (potted plants, etc) would be a nice touch to give it a more resort type feel. All in all a great stay - thank you!

FUNtastic Family Vacation Spot
Location was perfect for anything Disney, loved the Disney themed home to keep the mood going. The park amenities allowed with this rental are AMAZING. Perfect Place for Families
This place exceeded my expectations. The bedrooms were spacious and the themed rooms were a hit, the pool was really nice and had lots of water toys and floatables that the kids loved to play with. The kitchen had kids plates and silverware too which was really nice as well as nice pots, pans, and knives instead of the junk that's all too common with most rentals. Proximity to the clubhouse pool and park was nice, about a 5 minute walk to both. Only downside was how busy the clubhouse pool was, definitely not enough chairs so we had to get there early. That said, I will be booking this place again in the future.

Awesome house, close to all area attractions
This house was awesome, we have 4 little ones and the house was perfect. The pool area is amazing and my kids never wanted to stop swimming, they loved it so much. The garage is also a converted game room and when my boys weren’t swimming they were playing Roblox and other games on the two Xbox’s, the kids were always busy.

Great Place to Stay
Our group was made up of 6 adults and 2 children - ages 6 & 10 and we all were very happy with this home. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and were used most every day we were there with our grandkids in for most of each day. It has privacy as there is a water feature behind this home and is walking distance to the waterpark, welcome center, basketball and tennis courts. It is only 10 minutes to Disney and 30 minutes to the airport. Each bedroom had its own private bath area which was really nice. It also had a game room with foosball, pool table, and video games as well as floor games. I highly recommend this home.

Enjoyed our stay for the Princess race. We were two families with a combo of adults and kids. The house is in a good location in Windsor Hills walking distance to the water park. Appreciated the beach towels and little things like spices in the kitchen . We had questions about the pool and the host quickly responded.

Perfect stay
This place is a key location for shopping, golf, and access to so many amenities (including a clubhouse that your children can easily walk to on their own because you can watch them via the backyard where you are reading your book, sipping on a pina colada and dipping your toes in the heated pool). House has lots of room to stretch out and enjoy inside if the weather isn't so welcoming. The teens loved the games room and hid there most evenings after dinner - which is a win-win. The hot tub was essential to closing out our days and helped us pour ourselves into bed rested. I highly recommend this spot.

Perfect Vacation!
We had a perfect two week stay, we travelled with 6 adults and our three children (5,3 & 1 years old). The pool and the house were fantastic, the house has modern furniture and applicances! Every bedroom has its own bathroom which was lovely. The bedrooms were all a great size and the decor was beautiful. The house is located a short walk from the community pool area, which we ventured to every day. The house pool was great, lots of towels provided and the sun was on the pool until supper time - who could ask for more. The house is located close to Disney and all your shopping needs. The kids loved the park (a short 3-4 min walk) and went twice daily. Check in was a breeze and Debby was extremely responsive to any inquires I had. The house was spotless when arrived and there were no issues whatsoever during our stay. We would definitely return again in the future.

Perfect Disney stay
We stayed at the property for 10 nights in August and it was the perfect base to explore the Orlando theme parks. The location was great, about 15 mins (depending on traffic) to the Disney parks and 30 mins to Universal. It is also very close to a large Walmart and numerous restaurants. Windsor Hills was peaceful with good facilities on site. The property exceeded our expectations. The games room (2 Xbox’s, pool table and table football) and pool were huge hits with the children. After a busy day at the parks it was amazing for them to be able to come back and enjoy the pool. The property had everything that we needed and was large enough for 2 families to have their own space. Communication with the owner was great throughout and I would not hesitate to come back here or recommend it to others.

Close to Disney parks, comfortable stay
Great house for a larger family! Downstairs there are two king bed suites and one room w/bathroom that has two twin beds. Upstairs there are two rooms, one with a queen bed and bathroom, and the other room has two twin beds. We enjoyed playing pool, xbox, and foosball in the game room. We loved swimming in the pool and the hot tub (it does need at least an hour to heat up so remember that if you are looking forward to warming up after the parks!). I even got to see some beautiful sunrises reflecting over the pool in the mornings! The only thing we didn't love was that there is a pretty strong sulfur smell from the water in the showers but we got used to it. Other than that, communication with the owner went great and the location was fantastic - so close to all of the Disney parks! Thank you for a great stay!

Great location
Certain aspects were not as clean as we expect. Some surfaces did not feel as clean as they should. Granddaughter found a human nail in her bed. Barbecue not useable. Although we accept that a property maybe a little tired we were not happy with the patio area which had a lot of weeds growing.

Everything we wanted from a villa
This villa was perfect for our recent holiday to Orlando. The communication with Debby, the owner, was excellent from the moment we made the booking and she quickly responded to a couple of queries we had before arrival. All the information we needed was sent in good time, and included a really useful app to download to a mobile which gave information about the property and the wider area. The villa was immaculately clean and comfortable. It was well equipped and we particularly appreciated all the towels for the pool and the kettle (which we haven't always had in previous villas'). The pool area overlooks a lake and this, together with the opaque mesh on the sides of the pool screens, meant we had almost total privacy when we were outside. We have stayed at Windsor Hills before so we knew it would be a secure and relaxing environment, and the villa was the perfect base for us.

Would recommend for families
The house was nice and clean. Had a nice game room with pool table, foosball table and Xbox, all which worked well. Nice pool and hot tub. We didn’t have any problems with the house other than the can opener didn’t work. So if that’s the only issue I would say it’s a pretty good place. It’s also close to all the parks, there is plenty to do in the area. The property manager was super nice and helpful. I would recommend this place to families. On a side note, if your having people visit you better get them registered the day before they come it is a hassle trying to get people in the resort. But that has nothing to do with the actual house or owner just thought I would throw that in there.
