In Champions Gate community, this condo is perfect for an individual, a couple or small family wanting to enjoy Orlando's many attractions. Whether you are interested in the thrill and magic of theme parks, a round of golf, or leisurely poolside days, this resort has much to offer. If it is necessary to mix some business with pleasure, you'll be pleased to know this condo is also convenient to nearby business convention sites or you may be in need of temporary housing for a job relocation. Whatever brings you to Orlando, we welcome you to our home away from home.

CONDO FINISHES AND UPDATES:
* FLOORING: New laminate flooring (no carpet in condo).
* SEATING: Rather than getting a sleeper sofa which usually is not very comfortable to sit OR sleep in, we purchased reclining seating with comfort in mind! Enjoy the fully reclining leather love seat, a fully reclining fabric chair and another (non-reclining) fabric chair.
* TV's: Three flat screen wall mounted SMART TV's along with free wi-fi make it easy to watch your own internet-based accounts such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, You Tube, etc. (Note some internet-based programming require your own subscription). Or just watch the normal cable channels. Our condo recently upgrading to expanded cable (sorry, there are no premium movie channels) and enhanced wi-fi service. Please note that only the family area TV has expanded channels; the bedroom TV's have only the standard cable channels and standard resolution.
* KITCHEN: Enjoy the full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliaces, full-size refrigerator, electric stove/oven range, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Dishes, utensils, towels and linens provided. Stacked washer and dryer included in a utility closet.
* BEDDING: Both queen mattresses are in great shape and are also topped with memory foam for a more luxurious feel and hopefully a better night's sleep for you.
* BEDROOMS: Each bedroom has a queen size bed, wall-mounted TV, walk-in closet and direct access to a bathroom.
* BATHROOMS have granite counter tops. The en-suite bath has a fairly large tiled shower while the main bath has a tub/shower combination.
* Our condo is privately owned and is not rented through the front desk.
* The complex has a large and relaxing pool area complete with lounge chairs under (free) cabanas or out in the sun. There is also a nicely equipped exercise room available for your use.
* Our condo is on the 2nd floor (elevator accessible). The screened porch faces a conservation area with trees and natural growth as a buffer, so it feels relatively secluded and is perfect for enjoying fresh air and a morning cup of coffee. Our condo is also removed from the pool and associated noise.

We are value-oriented travelers ourselves. So as owners, we strive to provide you a clean and comfortable updated space that exceeds other similarly priced lodging options. That, along with our hard-working and friendly local property manager (Denise) has probably resulted in the excellent reviews we have received so far at the other booking site. Along with Denise's help, we work to keep this place fresh, clean and respond to any inquiries as quickly as possible.

I welcome you to this condo that we have worked to make inviting to couples and small families. Feel free to reach out to us if you have questions before you book. We can answer questions to help you determine if this is where you want to stay. (We had one couple who wanted to explore areas on the east side of Orlando. I advised them that we would be happy to rent our place to them, but that they may be spending more time in traffic than they want during rush hour based on where they planned to spend most of their time away from the condo. They were not familiar with the Orlando layout and seemed to appreciate our openness.) We want to ensure this is a good fit for you so you will be happy here and possibly even want to return again!

Golf Getaway
This property was absolutely perfect for our father/son golf trip. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We enjoyed its proximity to endless courses, dining, and other amenities. We appreciated the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and refreshing pool after a long day on the course. Outstanding owner communication from beginning to end. Such a pleasant overall experience, we plan on referring this location to retired family members as a potential extended winter getaway. Can't wait to visit again!

This condo was absolutely lovely. Exactly as photos, all amenities you need. Pool was great and heated. Very close to all parks but be aware traffic is horrendous in that area. Found the back roads and all worked out perfect. Many restaurants, bars, shops, and grocery within walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

Vacation to watch our son at the RussMatt Baseball Tournament
This condo was perfect for what we were looking for. It was decorated nicely, roomy, and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Very good location. The wifi/TV's worked great. We had plenty of supplies, i.e. towels, laundry soap, etc. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the gym area was not great and the treadmill was out of order. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again.

Christmas holiday
My wife and I rented the Tuscana condo to be able to spend Christmas with our son who lives in Orlando as part of the Disney College program. The condo was perfect for the 3 of us. Anything we needed was within a 20 minute drive including the parks, groceries, restaurants, and shopping. Sherrie was fantastic to communicate with and was very helpful with insuring that our stay was perfect. We would definitely stay here again if the occasion ever arises.

The condo was beautiful, it had everything we needed and then some. The owner was very helpful and went beyond expectation to meet our needs and make our vacation awesome. Amazing and so new inside!
The host is amazing and the location is perfect to get away from time he parks and relax in the pool area. The condo is like new inside and amazing new appliances. It was the perfect location for my purpose of being in Florida. Extremely quiet area. The condo was clean and the spacing was perfect. What I loved most was the fact that I didn’t have to share the bathroom with my 14 year old daughter who was there to compete in a cheerleading competition :)

Great alternative to Orlando hotels
Stayed here with my teenage daughter for a dance competition held at the Omni Champions Gate. Was looking to be away from chaos when not dancing and this was perfect. Close to hotels and Champions Gate village with food, grocery store, etc. The property is a little outdated but otherwise excellent. This unit is out of the way from the rest of the condos so it was even quieter. The high point was the detailed and timely communication from the host. I had everything I needed before I arrived and she was very responsive.

Magical vacation!
Everything about this rental experience was top-notch! The condo was VERY clean and comfortable. The resort was gated which made us feel quite safe. It was also very quiet! The Host sent a welcome email with details that made checking in very easy! She even followed up with us about a Fish and Chips restaurant that recently closed. She was very helpful and kind. The primary bed had a mattress topper that made it a little too soft for my preference, but a lot of people like the plush feel - it was comfortable - I am just accustomed to a firm mattress. I definitely recommend this condo and Host!

Nicest condo we have ever stayed in Tuscana Resort.
We have been going to Tuscana for the last 7 years and usually rent from the resort but this year we used the Home Away App and rented directly from Tim. After reading previous reviews we took a chance and it was the best decision we have ever made. We are from Ireland so all conversation with Tim was done via the app and Tim responded inside 30-45 mins. All questions asked were answered and we were happy enough to book for our vacation. Tim’s condo is more like a home away from home than a rental property. In the 7 years we have been going to Tuscana, Tim’s condo was the nicest furnished with wooden floors, up to date TV’s and very comfortable beds. I will be using Tim’s condo next year and I hope to build up a good relationship with him but this has already started. Tim sent a detailed email a few days with contact information for Denise who was our contact if we needed anything or had any problems. Thankfully we did not need to contact Denise and she called over on our last day to offer any assistance to us if we needed it. Tim was extremely helpful prior to our booking and one request we asked of him during our stay was accommodated without hesitation. Overall Tim was a pleasure to deal with and this is the first review I’ve ever done. Thank you Tim for everything.
