Great Distance from Disney Parks
Check in process was incredibly easy and fast, which I appreciated after a 13 hour drive. Great distance from Disney Parks. The only downside that led to the 3 star review was our specific unit. Resort seemed great until we walked into our room. Immediately as we walked in the unit smelled like sewage. Some areas more than others. Luckily, we were there on a Disney vacation which meant that we spent A LOT of our time in the parks.

Worked out perfectly!
It turned out the place was directly adjacent to one of the host hotels for my conference, which worked out perfectly for me. The room was huge with a full kitchen, living room, nice deck, tub, shower, bedroom, and a full size dining room table that sat 6 people, way more than needed just for me, but felt very spacious and roomy as a result. Thankfully there was a restaurant at the base of the tower I was in, and I could grab food pretty much whenever I needed. All in all it was an excellent stay and definitely a place I would stay again.

Quick start
We stayed for 2 nights before we headed elsewhere for our Memorial Day vacation. It was a beautiful property with lots to do. I highly recommend to anyone of any age they have plenty for all ages from pools and playgrounds to bars and special events for adults. There was a few minor issues but the resort took care of them quickly without issue. Also the room was super spacious and inviting. Will be returning with the rest of my family in the future.

Fantastic resort. Clean, beautiful property close to the parks, disney springs. Only downside is parking is very hard to find anytime after 12. Other than that would stay again, almost bought a timeshare there we loved it so much!

Enjoyed everything about Wyndham Bonnet Creek! My daughter loved the splash pad, pool and lazy River. We loved the free mini putt also :) Always lots going on and to do here! The low rating for the check in process was to do with the hotel itself not booking agency. Everything was accurate with Luxorts but the resort took over an hour and a half to check us in. After a long 16+ hour travel day the last thing you want to be doing is waiting in the lobby for over an hour to get room keys. 4-5 working on the desk but only 2 actually checking people in. But besides that, overall amazing stay :)

OUR STAY AT BONNET CREEK
WE LOVE THIS PROPERTY AND HAVE STAY HERE FOR YEARS. THIS YEAR WAS THE FIRST TIME WE ENCOUNTERED ANY ISSUES. WE ARRIVED AT 8AM AND DID PRE-CHECK IN AS WE DO EVERYTIME WE STAY THERE. WE USUALYY ARE IN OUR ROOM BY 1PM HOWEVER WE KNOW AND UNDER STAND 4PM IS CHECK IN. WELL AT 4:15PM WE WENT TO THE FRONT DESK AS WE HAD NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE AND WE WERE TOLD OUR ROOM IS NOT READY AND WOULD NOT BE READY UNTIL 6-7PM. THAT BEING VERY DISAPOINTING WE ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER. AT THIS POINT IT IS NOW 4:30PM A HALF HOUR PAST CHECK IN TIME. THE MANAGER (ALAJANDRO) CAME OVER AND WAS VERY RUDE TO US AND WHILE GESTURING WITH HIS HANDS IN A TEAR HE TOLD US THERE IS PRESIDENTAL, VIP, MEMBER, AND THEN THERE IS YOU DOWN HERE AND THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO TO HELP YOU. I MEAN HE WAS SO DEGRADING TO US AS IF WE WERE THERE FOR A FREE TRIP AND WE SHOULD EVEN BE THANKFUL THAT WE WERE GETTING A ROOM PERIOD. HE MADE US FEEL LIKE LOW CLASS WITH A HAND OUT AND WE PAID FOR OUR ROOM. IT WAS THE MOST AWFUL EXPERIENCE AND IT RUINED OUR 20 YEAR ANNIVERSARY TRIP. WE WERE LATER PUT INTO A ROOM ON A VERY LOW FLOOR FACING THE PARKING LOT. IT WAS AWFUL. I WILL SAY THE PROPERTY AND AMENITIES WERE VERY NICE, BUT THE STAFF AND THE WAY WE WERE TREATED WAS SO AWFUL IT REALLY DID RUIN OUR TRIP. WE HAVE SENT A LETTER TO BONNET CREEK, BUT HAVE NOT GOTTEN ANY RESONCE YET. ITS VERY SAD.
