"The house was clean (except for the furniture on the screened in patio that was in need of cleaning) and nicely updated but the first night smelled of smoke all night due to neighbor having a bonfire that infiltrated all rooms in the house, particularly the basement rooms, even with all windows being closed. There are 3 showers in the house but they take up the hot water easily when more than one is operating at the same time. This also affected the temperature of the kitchen water after 4...

"We were in town visiting family and wanted to bring our dog. This property was dog friendly (even left treats for him), very clean and the location was great (right off a main road about 1 minute from the main highway). One of the main bike paths is even located right across the street. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"We all enjoyed our stay! We came to Davenport for a girl's trip weekend and had a blast. The house was older, but everything was in working order and as pictured on the site. We all loved that we were able to walk to all the restaurants and bars in the area!waworking orderon the site."

"The house was exceptional. Clean, comfy & outfitted kitchen & baths. Made for a nice relaxing girlfriends' week. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Sunsets with river view was perfect. We'd rent this place again in a heartbeat."
