"The receptionist Alicia was very nice and polite, however I did not enjoy my stay. The hotel is very old and run down. It was noisy and the bed sheets were wet with stains on them. It was so loud and noisy , especially in the morning, as there is construction going on right in front of it. Breakfast was not great and the utensils were dirty. On the second morning we did not have electricity for a while. Luckily we only stayed 2 nights. "

"Budget room is exactly as pictured but NOT in the vila arial. It was actually down the street in a seperate place. The room WAS as advertised and great for price, just not in the vila as shown in the pictures"

"I stayed 2 nights here at this brand new hotel property. From check-in to check-out, everything was beyond exceptional. George and Dimitri were so friendly and welcoming upon my arrival. They truly rolled out the red carpet and made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable, especially the bed. The pool is beautiful and the morning breakfast spread of options is a very nice touch and benefit. When I visit the Albanian Riviera again, this will be my primary choice for accommodations. "
