Wonderful 2 Bedroom Apartment in La Zenia, walking distance to amenities & beach

Our two bedroom ground floor corner apartment is situated inside a secure gated complex and is close to one of the two communal swimming pools that our guests have access too. The property has an outside terrace/porch with table and chairs for outside dining and a paved front garden for enjoying the Sun. Inside the apartment we have a spacious lounge/dining area with air conditioning, comfortable sofa's and a table and chairs for inside dining. Our kitchen is equipped with cutlery, cooking utensils, a fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The Kitchen also has a door leading to further outside space. The bright master bedroom has air conditioning, a double bed and ample wardrobe space. The second bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe space and a bedside table but no air conditioning. The bathroom is equipped with a walk in shower, bidet and toilet. The apartment also has Hair dryer, travel cot, superfast wireless internet (WIFI) and English & Spanish TV.

Fab apartment in a great area

Apartment was very clean. 2 minutes walk to la zenia boulevard shopping centre and 5-10 minutes walk to bars etc. A really good place to stay and we will definitely be staying there again.

Beautiful apartment, spotless and neat all amenities
Beautiful apartment, exactly as pictured and spotless. Ian was a great host and excellent communicator. He arranged our transport from Alicante and provided us with so much info about the apartment before we arrived. There was air con, beach towels, bath towels, chairs for the garden, excellent wifi and tv. Instructions are available in the house which helped. The kitchen had all the utilities we needed to cook home cooked meals. The garden was a nice space for the kids to play. We had the choice of 2 pools. One was more for adults and the other had mainly kids so it was a good mix of both worlds. Mercadona and lidl are 5 min walk as is Zenia Boulavard. Paddy’s Point is about 8 mins. We were very happy with our stay and would stay again!

Perfect location to explore!
We stayed at the apartment end of July/beginning of august 2021. The complex is lovely, 2 clean and tidy swimming pool areas, everybody very friendly. The location of the apartment is perfect to explore on foot as everything is in the walking distance and we did not need to hire a car (occasional taxi ride if we ventured out far). The moment you learn all the shortcuts, you are sorted! The apartment was clean and there was everything there, even beach towels and sunloungers! The only thing I would mention is that the 2 single beds were a bit hard for the kids but this is of course a personal preference as my hubby and I had no complaints about our bed. All in all, great stay and really enjoyed it!

Beautiful home
Ian you have a beautiful home, location is great, very quiet street, within five minute walk you have supermarket and Lidl, ten minutes to Alcampo where there are lots of shops, and within fifteen minutes lots of bars and places to eat. The surrounding of your home are very clean, the house itself could do with a good dust, beds comfy, need more hand towels, only had one but plenty of bath towels, would return.

Amazing Apartment
Apartment had everything required plenty of room and UK TV made it home from home. Excellent service from Nigel including collection and return to the airport. Apartment in very good location nice pools and easy to go to the beach (pleasant walk) . All in all very nice holiday.

Perfect location
The Apartment is located in the perfect position 5 minutes from the la zenia boulevard and numerous other supermarkets, 15 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to paddys point. Ian was a pleasure to communicate with, very quick to reply to any questions I had. There was bath and beach towels provided in the apartment which is an excellent idea. The key holder Nigel was very nice and I really enjoyed my stay here and would return again, Thanks a million!

Great Location, Very Good apartment
On our last day today and we had a great time on our five week stay.The apartment was spacious and well laid out and easily accessible to anything you needed.The la zenia boulevard within 5 minutes walk and a variety of pubs closeby.Their was a good mixture of nationalities in the complex and also friendly permanent residents.All in all a very good place to spend a holiday.

smashing apartment in a great area
We had a really great stay here. Everything you need is there to make the most of a self catering holiday. even to providing towels and deck chairs for the beach. Only found the golf clubs under the bed on the last day! Hope to use them the next time I come over. Proximity to local facilities (shops, bars, restaurants, La Zenia Boulevard etc.) within 5 minutes walk, La Zenia beach just a 15 minute stroll! Nigel was great for pick up and drop off and was very helpful for local info. Two pools in the complex were very clean and well maintained. Great for a cool down after a long days walking in the sun - even in May! Many thanks Ian, hope to return soon

a lovely apartment.................
This apartment is well worth a stay, spacious, clean and user friendly. We stayed over the Easter period which is a little cool in Spain but a quick blast with the air-con in living room and bedroom soon warms it up a treat to snuggle with some wine and a dvd or the PlayStation or the English satellite channels. In summer I can see the living room being blissfully cool a great oasis from the red-hot summer sun as the sun rises on the front which is perfect for the breakfast alfresco on the lovely table situated just outside the door. The beds were very comfortable and roomy, we spoke to Ian whilst we were there as the only thing we could "nit-pick" was the very soft pillows and Ian came straight back and said that he has some firmer ones on order to give guests the choice. ( You cannot say farer than that I guy listening and acting upon a suggestion. We will be staying here again and have already recommended to friends to have a look and book. Its 10 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from karting 5 minutes from the la zenia shopping complex and countless food places. The area is great for tourists as most people speak enough English to get by and never get your order wrong :-). With 2 airports close by you cant go wrong. Thank you Ian

Perfect location. Spotlessly clean
This property was ideal for us as we both have walking difficulties but all amenities were so close Ian the owner kept in touch and recommended a close neighbour to pick us up and not only did he do that and show us round the apartment bit also picked us up from our initial "big shopping". Very friendly complex and thanx also go to neighbours Kevin and Anne who loaned us their shopping trolley and pointed us in the right direction for where we needed to go. Thank you all for a lovely stay in a lovely place

Lovely apartment in a very good spot
Just got back from a lovely week at this apartment. It is very well situated minutes walk from the La Zenia shopping boulevard and bars and restaurants, also only about 15 minutes walk to La Zenia beach also other beaches such as Playa Flamenca and Cabo Roig. It is a spacious corner ground floor plot on a very clean gated community with 2 nice pools. The apartment is clean with everything you need, the only fault we could find was the bed was very firm for our taste and the pillows weren’t great, but we managed and it was not enough to stop us returning if ever we are in the area again. Nigel who greated us at the airport and looked after us whilst there was an absolute gem. He sorted the TV out for us (it was only the batteries need replacing in the remote) but most of all he saved us missing our flights when we left our passports in the apartment and he went back and got them for us. I cannot thank him enough for doing that, we could have been in such a mess. Cheers Nigel Overall I would recommend this apartment and hope to return in the future.
