EXCEPTIONAL AND IMMACULATELY PRESENTED NON-SMOKING GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT ON A GOLF ESTATE WITH STUNNING SEA VIEWS OF THE MAR MENOR. ACCESS INTO SECURE APARTMENT BUILDING IS SERVICED BY A FEW STEPS OR A SMALL RAMP.

OUR APARTMENT HAS BEEN REDECORATED THROUGHOUT. REPLACEMENT OF AIR CONDITIONING UNIT FOR A NEW MODEL. WE HAVE ALSO REPLACED MANY ITEMS FOR NEW ALONG WITH ADDING FURTHER FURNISHINGS AND KITCHEN EQUIPMENT TO MAINTAIN OUR APARTMENT TO THE HIGHEST STANDARD. WE HAVE ADDED A 55 INCH SAMSUNG TELEVISION INCLUSIVE OF NETFLIX.

Fabulous apartment, a home from home!
We absolutely loved Dawn and Tony’s apartment! They have thought of everything and more! The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen has excellent facilities, you could whip up a banquet! Very convenient for the local shops , La Fuentes etc, as well as a short drive to fabulous beaches. There were only two of us but the property is very spacious and could take four adults or a family. The pool is lovely, only a two minute walk. We will definitely be back! One of the best holiday apartments I have ever stayed in. 😊

Me and my family enjoyed a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment. It is situated with in a short walk of the shops and local pub. The Mercadona and Aldi are also around a 10 minute stroll or a few minutes in the car so, everything you need is on hand. The excellent pool was about 100 yards from the apartment and had sunbeds for all. It was never too busy, even in the middle of summer and provided hours of fun. the apartment itself was a good size and both very well equipped and maintained. having stayed in many such apartments, this was unquestionably the best equipped I have experienced making life easy. the mahosive TV was a bonus. communication with the keyholder/owner were excellent and straightforward. it all made for an excellent holiday which I'd heartily recommend.alalmost all

Travelled with my partner and 7y and 9y girls. The apartment is large and has everything you could want. (Thank you for having a sewing kit when my daughter’s fav swimsuit ripped! You saved the day!) the showers are amazing and I couldn’t believe the quality of the apartment. Two bathrooms was perfect. If I had to give a negative it was the bedrooms get quite warm despite the fans as the aircon is in the lounge, but even this wasn’t unbarable and it was the middle of august! The aircon itself is amazing and cold though. Area is exactly what I wanted, quiet clean and easy short drives to all sorts of adventures. The wild parrots made my day every morning before it even started. The pool is deep which my girls loved but children cannot stand anywhere. Took them to a paid for pool with splash areas and they preferred the pool at the complex! Never had to wait or go without a sun lounger each or shade. People around are friendly without being intrusive. My daughter is autistic and the fact she could take time to herself and always find peace or excitement when she wanted made the holidays so easy. Her issues with food were not an issue as most restaurants serve British cuisine (even went for an a lovely Indian meal as a family and she could order spaghetti bolognaise from the kids menu!) there is so many supermarkets just a stones throw away. Even an Iceland that meant all her safe food looked the same! Took all the usual stress of travel away.

As time share owener this.house was as good if not better. The hoyae was immaculately furnished and spotlessly clean. When i managed to lock ourselves out of the apartment the owners were so helpful and we were back in apartment within an hour. Would stay here again

Autumn break
The apartment was exactly as described and we couldn’t fault it in any way. Contact with the owners and the property manager was extremely easy once I had joined WhatsApp, through which they both like to communicate. As there were only two of us, the apartment was a comfortable size and with very warm weather it was a relief to have air conditioning. With amenities within a short walking distance the location was excellent and it was only a 15 minute drive to some wonderful beaches. If you play golf, you are surrounded by several very good courses. Overall a very relaxing break and we hope to visit again.

Fabulous apartment.!
Dawn and Tony are great owners and Karen the property manger couldn't be more helpful, nothing was to much of an effort if help or just advice was needed, the apartment is spotlessly clean and uptodate with the appliances. The beds are very comfortable.... the communal pool is a very good size which goes from a swallow end to a nice deep (divable) end, with plenty of sunbeds around the pool area. Its local to all the right amenities, supermarket across the road, bars and restaurants of all types, just a short walk too. The beach is just a 10 min drive.All in all an almost perfect location... 10 out of 10 from us.

Beautiful apartment with air conditioning
This is the best kept apartment that we have ever stayed in. It is located in a high standard, very secure and peaceful urbanisation. Two large supermarkets and around twenty bars and restaurants are all within a less than 10 minute walk, so is perfect if remaining local. However, a car is very helpful if wanting to access beaches because the bus service is not as frequent as with some other locations. The air conditioning in each room is a wonderful feature in the height of summer. This is a five star apartment that I highly recommend.

One of the best apartments we have stayed in, and we have rented lots and lots over the years. It’s was nice to have a kitchen with decent plates, mugs, glasses etc. little things like that make a big difference. Would definitely stay there again.

Central and peaceful
The apartment was clean and bright. The space and amenities were perfect for our needs, enjoyed the extra seating area. The location was central and peaceful. The only negative aspect was the uncomfortable bed and poor quality bedding also would’ve been lovely to be left a bottle of water/ snack after late arrival. Overall enjoyable experience and would stay again.

Everything you could want from a holiday home
Apartment is furnished and equipped to a very high standard for a rental. Nothing has been forgotten to make your stay enjoyable. Kitchen is fully equipped for everything you could possibly want. Walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants that cater for all tastes. Pool area has sunloungers, shaded areas and a toilet though no toddler pool, not problem for us but maybe a consideration for some. Highly recommend and would certainly stay again.

My friends who have a property in la tercia picked me up from the airport and took me to the apartment I text keyholder and told him we was on the way just put Google maps on and off we went about 40 mins we arrived key holder was waiting he showed us everything we needed to know. What a fabulous apartment very clean really quiet block. Had everything and more loads of xtras. Before my stay Dawn and Tony was great when I messaged them. Their is loads in the area. Plenty off pubs shops restaurants. I used the buses la zenia one way and cabo roig the other. Will definitely stay again in this fabulous apartment. Xx

Great holiday. Great apartment
Just back from our first holiday in three years, and it was great. The communication with owners and manager before arrival was faultless. Prompt response each time. The apartment itself had everything you could need and more. The kitchen was extremely well equipped , cannot think of anything that was missing. There were also parasols and such to take to the beach, as well as beach towels. We also left behind four sun beds that we hope future guests will enjoy taking to the beach. The air conditioning did not cool the apartment as well as others I have used in the past, but there were also two floor standing fans, that helped circulate the air, so that helped (we had a couple of very warm days) The owners told me they are renovating / decorating the apartment this autumn / winter, so should be fantastic when it’s done. There are several restaurants nearby. We particularly enjoyed La Dolce Vita a few minutes walk away. Otherwise there are plenty of restaurants and bars in Villamartin Plaza, a short drive away. There are also several good beaches nearby. For anyone that loves shopping, La Zenia Boulevard is a must. There is also an amazing Argentinian restaurant there, called Che!! It’s a buffet in reverse, where the waiters are coming to your table every few minutes. Need a lie down afterwards.. We had a great holiday. Thank you !

Fantastic!!!
We have had a fabulous time spent here for 10 days in July 2020! The owners are extremely helpful and their communication cannot be faulted. The property manager, Julie, was also always available and helpful and welcomed us really nicely, even though we arrived late in the evening and she waited for us past the normal check-in time. The apartment is very nicely located in a quiet, clean area and it is very safe. There is nothing that we could have needed for our stay that was not already provided. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with very good quality products. The bedrooms are very nice, beds very comfortable and clean, plenty of towels to use. The bathrooms were very clean as well, which really impressed me, as this is usually one of my biggest fears when booking self catering properties- dirty bathrooms! The owners have really put thought into everything that is inside the apartment and it really helps you feel at home from all points of view. The living room is very bright and airy, the air conditioner is a blessing during the summer time, and the balcony gives you some extra space to unwind. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer there, as well as an iron and an ironing board. Hoover and cleaning products are also available if you feel the need to keep things tidy ( like me 😊). Hair dryers are also on hand. There is ample place for clothing and shoes to be stored. There are even plenty of hangers In the wardrobes! Beach towels in very good condition and beach/pool accessories are also there, so no need to buy umbrellas, beach chairs, inflatables, etc. As mentioned above, there was nothing that we needed that was not there for us! We have been truly impressed about this apartment and we have already recommended it to everyone we know! It is definitely the place we would go back to if we will come to visit the area again!!! As for the location, the apartment is situated about 10 minutes drive to any surrounding beaches. Our favourites were Cabo Roig ( where we spent the majority of our days) and Cala Capitan, where you can literally splash In the warm, clear waters of the Mediterranean amongst a variety of beautiful fish, right from the shore! We loved the beach restaurant from Cabo Roig beach. They had fresh and delicious food. There are also many shops, supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance from the apartment. The pool is clean, but deep. All in all, a 5* holiday!!!

Perfect space , perfect location
Firstly I can’t say enough about how attentive Dawn & Tony were through the booking process. Very professional and courteous and they are lovely people. The apartment was exactly as advertised. Plenty of space and the location was perfect. Whether you wish to golf , soak up the sun or enjoy the myriad bars and restaurants in the direct vicinity then this is the apartment for you. I will be returning to this area annually and will be requesting this apartment every time. Check in and check out were simple , punctual and professional. Everything I requested was there for me when I arrived and the manager was attentive and prompt with any questions I had. I can’t wait to return to this lovely area and I definitely can’t wait to spend more time in this perfect and charming apartment. Thank you Dawn & Tony !

Fabulous Apartment
This was our first stay at this fabulous apartment and won't be our last. The apartment is beautifully decorated, furnished and equipped to the highest standards. Beds are super comfortable and you will want for nothing. Peaceful location with sea views. Dawn and Tony were superb throughout our reservation and they have thought of everything, even arranged our flawless Airport Transfers. Although didn't watch much TV we even had all English Channels to watch if we wanted to. Wi -Fi was excellent also. Fabulous Bars and Restaurants all within a few minutes walk from apartment. Pool is lovely, we enjoyed it to ourselves on most days. Thank You Dawn and Tony for a wonderful stay in your obviously well cared for and much loved apartment we enjoyed our stay very much, will definitely return next year.

McDonnell holiday 2019
This is our second time to stay in this apartment and like the first time it did not disappoint. The apartment is decorated beautifully and immaculately kept and equipped with everything you could need during your stay, Dawn and Tony have really thought of everything you might need. The pool is never too busy and equipped with plenty of sun beds. The apartment is located about a seven minute walk from a Spanish supermarket and an Aldi. The local bars and restaurants are also only a five or seven minute walk. The beach and La Zenia shopping centre a short car journey away. Dawn and Tony are an absolute pleasure to deal with and extremely helpful from start to finish. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon.
