This is a spacious apartment with all mod cons including smart TV , english TV channels and free unlimited wifi. There is everything you need for a relaxing stress free holiday including DVD Player and CD Player.

Set over 2 floors there is an open plan lounge / kitchen with dishwasher. There is a large balcony off the lounge which is great for alfresco dining or to watch the world go by. The main bedroom has a king sized bed and is located on this floor together with the bathroom.
On 2nd floor is the second bedroom with twin beds and access to the large roof top solarium. Perfect place to sunbathe or watch the sunset with a chilled glass of wine.
The large communal pool is open all year rounded has both a jacuzzi area and shallow children area. The fabulous beaches of Playa Flamenca and La Zenia are a 5 min drive away making it a great location for families and couples. 3 great golf courses are nearby and the shopping centre of La Zenia boulevard has some fabulous shops and restaurants together with a bowling alley.

Great apartment
We’ve been coming to the area for 20 years and this is one of the best apartments we’ve stayed in. It’s very quiet and even in November, you get the sun on the terrace until late afternoon. It has all the amenities you could ask for, including a dolce gusto coffee machine.

Great large, bright apartment on a great location.
Great quality apartment in a lovely complex and location with beautifully maintained gardens and a lovely clean pool and surrounded by grass and shaded areas along with seating.

Fabulous apartment with everything you need home from home, spotlessly clean, grounds are beautiful at pool atea. Onlly fault was roof top terrace pipe coming out of wall to shower, sore on skin a shower spray would be far better. Iit eouldnt stop me rebooking this beautiful apt.

Perfect place for chillaxing
The property is great . Everything you need is there . The 2 balconies are lovely spaces to relax . In General everything is great about the apartment . We personally couldn’t get the English tv channels on but could connect Netflix and prime video . The complex again is lovely .

Nice location, nice appartment, but could really do with AC Throughout the full property. Gets very hot at night. Ac upstairs is ok ,but hose would benefit from being fixed to outside wall, instead of through patio doors. Overall good stay, in lovley well kept complex

Great apartment and swimming pool
Myself and my family had a lovely week at this apartment, the whole experience from start to finish was so smooth and stress free, Jo was always on hand to answer any questions and was so helpful. The apartment was lovely and clean on arrival and the whole Urbanización was lovely and well maintained. The kids absolutely loved the pool and my youngest even overcome her fear of the water in the kids pool which was a bonus! We hired a car which is a must if you want to explore, we took a day trip to La Manga which was beautiful! Well worth a visit! Would definitely recommend this apartment and hope to visit again one day. Thanks Jo!

Lovely apartment
A lovely apartment with pretty much everything we needed for our extended summer break. The 2nd bedroom (upstairs) was very warm at night but that was reflective of the weather we experienced. We purchased a couple of extra items to make our 3 weeks stay more comfortable (pool chairs & BBQ) and hopefully other guests can use them. To stay here a car was almost essential as the supermarkets, most restaurants and beaches are not within walking distance. Jo was helpful answering any questions that we had leading up to our stay. Overall, would recommend.

Great property in a lovely gated community
We had a lovely holiday here. The property has everything you need. The pool is nice with room around the edges to sit and there is a lifeguard. When we arrived it was very late as our plane had been delayed and Jo was very patient on the phone guiding us into the propert. Perhaps let people know the number of the property below to look out for. I think it would be ok to find in the daytime. We would definitely return here. A car is helpful to get around Thank you very much Jo.

Very quiet, relaxing holiday
Enjoyed our week’s holiday at Zenimar fase 4. Apartment was in a gated community which was very well kept, beautiful gardens and very peaceful. Nearby supermarkets and bars with entertainment although we’d hire a car next time in order to explore further areas.

El apartamento está en una buena urbanizacion. Muy tranquila y limpia. La zona de piscina increíble. El piso tiene dos plantas, lo malo de la planta de arriba donde esta la otra habitación, es que hace mucho calor. Por el día es imposible pasar rato arriba, luego por la noche se estaba mejor. Por lo demás muy bien. Buena terraza, la cocina bien, todo correcto. Hay ventiralores de techo en salón y habitación de abajo, es la de arriba la que hay que poner ventiladores y aún así hace mucho calor

Mit Schlüssel Übergabe gab Probleme, Möbel alt und zerrissen, Schimmel an Wände, sehr unangenehme Geruch. Die Lage ist ok, aber da wir waren in corona Krise Besitzerin hat uns nicht mitgeteilt, dass in der Anlage fast keine Menschen sind, Pool dürfte nicht benutzen. Wir sind in appartement nicht geblieben, das Geld haben wir nicht zurück bekommen.

De precio asequible y gran atención, cordialidad y amabilidad por parte de la dueña. Sitio muy bonito y muy tranquilo con multiples opciones ya que tiene una ubicación cercana a centros comerciales, ocio, playa, etc. En definitiva, si tuviera que repetir volveria a este mismo alquiler.

Sehr sehr schön, trotz einigen Schwierigkeiten.
Wir haben zu 4 Personen hier Urlaub gemacht. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, zwar auf der 2. Etage, aber das störte uns nicht, dennoch gab es ein paar Schwierigkeiten. Das erste Problem hatten wir noch vor Anreise. Unser Flug landete planmäßig erst Freitags um 23.30 Uhr. Deshalb habe ich mit dem Besitzer/Verwalter abgeklärt, ob und wie wir die Anreise Regeln, denn in der Beschreibung steht meines Wissens nach, Anreise um 16.00 Uhr. Wir haben uns darauf geeinigt, das Ich den Schlüssel für das Tor der Anlage per post zugeschickt bekomme. Doch das dauerte sehr lange. Erst einen Tag vor Abreise kam der Schlüssel per Post bei uns an. Circa eine Woche vor Anreise bekam ich per email die "genaue" Adresse. Leider konnte Google Maps mit der Adresse nichts anfangen. Auf die Anfrage nach einer detaillierten Wegbeschreibung, bekam ich eine verwirrende, unverständliche links/rechts Beschreibung. Nach intensiver Suche, fanden wir dann endlich unsere Ferien Wohnung. Des Weiteren ist uns aufgefallen, das es nicht möglich ist Deutsches Fernseh programm zu empfangen. Als wir herein gingen viel uns auf das in dem Inserat einige Fotos zu der Unterkunft fehlen. Alles in allem war es hier sehr schön. Es war Sauber, die Größe war gut für 4 Personen. Preis Top, und die Anlage ist sehr sehr schön und sehr gut gepflegt. Sollten sie noch weiter fragen haben, melden sie sich. Ich beantworte gerne ihre Fragen, sofern ich diese durch unsere Erfahrungen beantworten kann. (jannis-mero@hotmail.de)
