The comfortable holiday home in a quiet and beautiful location is approx. 1.2 km from the sea. A wonderful pool, just a few steps away, invites you to swim and sunbathe.
A separate toddler pool with a depth of only 60 cm offers opportunities for the little ones to splash around. The lovingly and well equipped house can accommodate up to 4 people. In the kitchen you will find everything from pressure cookers to pasta sieves. As well as all utensils and plenty of dishes, cutlery and glasses. Various spices are also available. Towels and bed linen sufficient. Games for young and old. A small cot is also available for you.
The newly built Zenia Boulevard shopping center, just 1 km away, is ideal for long shopping trips, as well as many restaurants serving international cuisine for those who are hungry, big and small. Free WiFi is available in the house.Englich Fernseher
Villamartin is located in the province of Alicante not far from the salt lakes and Torrevieja.
It is a very warm and sunny area, ideal in summer and winter. The average temperature is 20 ° C and has 300 days of sunshine a year. There are the well-known salt pans (salt lakes), which make the air very healthy and clean. The climate has a very healing effect on rheumatism, skin and respiratory diseases, mud packs achieve good results.
You can also visit the historic cities of Cartagena, Alicante, Murcia, or the wonderful palm garden of Elche. From Alicante and Santa Pola you can take a ferry (journey time approx. 30 minutes) to visit the beautiful natural and car-free island of Tabarca.
There are also 3 golf courses in the area (Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Royal Campomar) with its newly built sports complex.
For sports enthusiasts there is a well-equipped fitness center and great jogging trails 200m away.
A trip to the Mar Menor 15 km should be a must.
Moor baths in the vicinity are also interesting for summer and winter vacationers. (Los Balcones, Mar Menor, Fortuna) There are many beautiful small and large beach pools in the vicinity, as well as a water park.

A home away from home
Excellently located, lovely communal pool only few doors away, quiet neighbourhood, friendly full time residents, parking, excellent air con in everyroom, excellent water pressure for showers, villa is a home and has a home feeling, not just a rental unit, very comfortable couches and beds, exceptionally clean and organised, Paul & Gertrude quickly replied and answered all our questions and lovely Conny was on hand to help with any query we had during our stay.

Let down in parts.
The quality of the beds and bedding was poor. Bathroom ceiling had black mould and felt continuously damp as did the rest of the property. The English TV channels were a great bonus. The neighbourhood was quiet but the other residents were welcoming/helpful.

Sehr schönes Haus
Wir durften 3 Wochen in ihrem wunderschönen Haus verbringen. Die Beschreibung war voll zutreffend. Alles war in der Unterkunft vorhanden, genau wie beschrieben. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und sehr schnell wurde auf Fragen geantwortet. Wir sind sehr gerne bei Ihnen gewesen und waren vollkommen begeistert. Dankeschön dafür.

Maison agréable proche de tout et au calme
Location disposant de tout ce dont on a besoin en vaisselle et produit de première nécessité pour commencer. Mobilier extérieur très complet (tables, chaises fauteuils de plage et parasols). Location spacieuse et bien exposée. Pas de problème de stationnement. Piscine à proximité et très bien entretenue. Centre commercial et plages très proches en voiture. Ensemble à conseiller vivement.

Ruhiges schönes Haus
Wir fanden ein super schönes Haus vor, und wurden dort sehr nett empfangen. In dem Haus selber ist alles vorhanden was man im Urlaub braucht. Auch die schöne Terasse lud nicht nur Abends ein sich dort niederzulassen. Zum Pool waren es wenige Schritte es ist auch sehr Ruhig dort. Das Lanzenia Bulovard ist zu Fuss erreichbar sowie Post, Restaurants und vieles mehr. Die Vermieter sind liebe nette Leute und waren auch immer erreichbar. Wir können dieses Haus wirklich weiter empfehlen.

Endlich Urlaub in einer sehr ruhigen Ferienanlage
Auch dieses Jahr waren wir wieder sehr erfreut einen angenehmen Urlaub in einem vollkommenen eingerichteten Haus erleben zu dürfen alles war vorhanden. Das macht den Urlaub erst aus. Alles ist in Fußnähe erreichbar.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Aprilsonne mit vollen Zügen genießen
Wir kommen nun schon seit 8 Jahren in dieses Ferienhaus und sind immer wieder begeistert wie schön es in der Ferienanlage ist. Besonders nach diesem grauen langen Winter, endlich wieder Sonne . Das Haus wurde immer wieder auf den neusten Stand gebracht. Es ist alles vorhanden und fehlt an nichts. Frau Conny Jansen empfängt die Gäste sehr freundlich hat auch stets eine Erfrischung im Kühlschrank für die Gäste. Man konnte sogar schon ins Schwimmbad wie auch im Meer baden gehen.

Schöner Urlaub zur tristesten Zeit in Deutschland
Wir waren sehr zufrieden in dem schönen Urlaubsdomizil. Alles was das Herz begehrt ist vorhanden. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und drauf ausgerichtet, den Gästen das Leben angenehm zu machen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ganz nah und auch die Strände liegen um die Ecke. Wir können dieses Urlaubsobjekt reines Gewissens weiter empfehlen

Entspannung pur
Auch dieses Jahr waren wir wieder glücklich hier zu sein. Das Haus beinhaltet alle Vorzüge die man als Urlauber braucht. Wir konnten viele schöne Orte in der Umgebung besichtigen. Am Marmenor kann man kostenlos von dem Moor Gebrauch machen und sich von Kopf bis Fuß damit bedecken, was besonderst bei Entzündungen und rheumatischen Beschwerden sehr hilfreich ist. Es wird sehr viel und gerne von Touristen wie auch von Spanier genutzt. Alle berichten über die heilsamen Wirkungen. Das La Zenia Boulevard Zentrum ist eine wahre Bereicherung für den Ort. Es läd zu einem Bummel ein mit seinen vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants und bietet für Jung und Alt Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten. Immer wieder gerne bis zum nächsten Mal. Es war Super!
Wir hatten hier wirklich einen sehr schönen Urlaub im Oktober bei Familie Weeke und können das Haus wirklich weiterempfhelen. Es liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage, wo weder Hundegebell, Verkehr oder sonst irgendetwas einem den Schlaf raubt. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Von Schnellkochtopf bis hin zu Nudelsieb fehlte nichts in der Küche.Es war wirklich alles da. Wir haben uns mehr als wohlgefühlt. Einzigster Kritikpunkt ist, das es kein Internet im Haus gibt. Wer also darauf angewiesen ist, sollte sich in Deutschland mobiles Internet bei seinem Anbieter dazu buchen, da der La Zenia Boulevard mit WiFi 2,5 km entfernt ist.Ansonsten war es HAMMER! Danke für den tollen Urlaub Famile Weeke

Totale Entspannung
Das war Entspannung pur. Sehr ruhige Anlage , das Haus in einem gepflegtem Zustand sauber und ordentlich. Frau Jansen hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und in alles nötige eingewiesen. Sämtliche Strandutensilien , wie Strandschirme, Surfbretter und Spiele haben wir vorgefunden. Dieses Ferienhaus können wir bestens unseren Freunden weiter empfehlen.
