BEAUTIFUL MODERN VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL CLOSE TO THE BEACH, GOLF, SHOPS ON FOOT-LA FUENTE
In Orihuela Costa, beautiful modern south facing fully air-conditioned villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and large private swimming pool of 9 x 3 (HEATING OPTIONAL - contact the owner). If you wish, you can also enjoy a community swimming pool.
On the ground floor, the villa consists of a sunny living room all day (dining area, living rooms), a fully equipped open kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. This space is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
The first floor has two beautiful separate bedrooms, a bathroom and a large terrace with deckchairs and garden furniture.
Outside, you can enjoy a garden with trees, a large terrace with electric blinds and a large south-facing swimming pool that can be heated on request (with supplement), all equipped with a large table, a plancha, a barbecue, sunbeds and parasols.
Free Wi-Fi (fibre optic), international TV channels (English, French, German, Spanish, etc.).
The villa is located in a residential area close to golf courses (Las Ramblas, Campoamor, Villamartin, Las Colinas and La Finca), beaches (Cabo Roig, Campoamor, Punta Prima, La Zénia, Playa Flamenca) and all the shops of La Fuente are within walking distance (restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy, ATM...).
5 minutes away you will find the large shopping center of Zenia Boulevard (more than 150 shops and restaurants) open every day from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
A few minutes away, the city of Torrevieja and its entertainment and the surrounding cities Murcia, Elche, Alicante, Orihuela, Mar Menor, Cartagena...
The region enjoys an exceptional climate all year round.

Amazing Stay
The villa has everything you need for a relaxing stay, we paid extra for the pool to be heated, and it felt like getting in a warm bath, the location is great, and a car is needed if you like to adventure out, but all the amenities are near by if you just want to stay local. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and can't wait to return.

Great Villa, Great Location
This villa has everything you need for a wonderful family holiday. Lots of outdoor spaces to sit in the sun or shade if you prefer. The pool was excellent, especially with the heated option as we went in April. Inside the villa there bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen well equipped and great sitting areas. The location is fantastic, close to everything you could need whether eating out or supermarket shopping. We will be back.

Beautiful villa
What can I say the villa is beautiful with everything you could need, the outside space is brilliant, lots of areas to sit on the sun and the shade. Check in and out is an easy process and communication with Rachel and Evette was really good. The location could be better with bars, restaurants and a couple of supermarket s close to hand. I would definitely recommend the villa to family and friends. We had a fantastic stay

Great villa. Good place to recharge and relax. Kids loved the pool. (As did we..haha) Absolute plus is the sun awnings around the villa. Theres always a nice shady place. Many restaurants at 150 mtr. (La Fuente) We loved it! Thanks!

Great Week!
The villa sits in a very quiet and pleasant residential area, with all amenities within easy walking distance (5 mins). The beaches are only a 10 minute drive away. We found the villa was ideal for 5 adults. It has all that you need for your stay and is clean, light and spacious. We particularly enjoyed the 3 separate outdoor areas - pool, BBQ/dining and balcony. Rachel and Evette were both quick to respond to our questions and couldn't have been more helpful. We would all thoroughly recommend a stay at this lovely villa.

Great break had a week in Rachel’s villa it was great everything you could want and more we had the pool heated and it was up to temp for our arrival we eat out every so didn’t test the villa facilities in that department, location was good places to eat right close by thanks Rachel will hopefully be back again next year Phil

Very nice, big House, with everything you need…
Hey, The arrival was very nice, first we couldn’t find the address then she send us a location to find her. The checkin was very nice, Evett was really kind and helpfully. She showed us the house, the kitchen, what features it has, explained what to do after checkout. We really enjoyed it, the beds was really comfortable. All heaters/coolers are working, nothing is old and seems to be „used“, the heated pool was really cool and we could swim pretty long. Even at evening, we still gone swimming. We also made a barbecue, their are one with Gas or old fashioned way with bricks. We really can recommend it and would be come again, if it’s not almost every week booked out. If you find a date you can book this house, go for it. Price/Quality is unbeatable! Regards and thanks very much

Superb stay
We stayed at this villa for 10 days, and it was quite honestly better than we thought, even though the pictures had already proven what a beautiful villa it is. The place was spotless, it had great access to English tv channels and Netflix. The pool was perfectly heated (at our request) and we were able to spend a significant amount of time in the water even when the weather wasn't great! The location was fantastic with a lovely complex of restaurants and shops a 5 minute walk away. Rachel was such a good host, and Evette was kind enough to supply some milk for us as our flight arrived late and we were travelling with our 15 month old. I honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough, and we can’t wait to come back!

Stunning Villa in a perfect location
We have just returned from a 2 week wonderful stay in this lovely villa. The location is superb, only a couple of minutes walk to bars, restaurants & supermarkets. Only a 5/10 minute drive to a lovely beach. Great location if you want to venture out in the car so plenty to do in the area. The villa was so comfortable with lots of sitting areas, whether you want the sun or the shade. We particularly loved the roof terrace and enjoyed many evenings sat up there, with it being so hot you got a nice breeze. The pool was lovely, crystal clear and a fantastic size, plenty of sunbeds. Everything was so clean and modern. Evette & Rachel where perfect hosts. I would highly recommend this villa and wouldn't hesitate returning in the future! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Brilliant stay in a beautiful villa
The villa had everything we needed pool was heated and perfect for day and night swims. Evette the manager was great kept contact and there when we needed anything and very quick to respond. La Fuente square 3 mins walk away Adrianne’s restaurant is the best food and great price service is amazing. Champagne bar perfect owner nothing too much trouble and 2 cocktails for8 euros on happy hour 4-6pm great start to an evening.

Schöner Urlaub mit beheiztem Pool!
Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und gestaltet. Das Highlight ist der Pool, der sich gegen Aufpreis beheizen lässt. Die Kinder konnten so den ganzen Tag bis spät abends im Pool plantschen. Ein Gasgrill mit voller Gasflasche und ein Kohlegrill waren auch vorhanden. Ein paar Meter entfernt ist das "Centro Comercial La Fuente", wo man Pizza, Pasta usw. essen kann, ca. 200 Meter entfernt ist ein Aldi, der die gewohnt günstigen Preise anbietet. Einen Tag sollte man für den Besuch des "La Zenia Boulevard" einplanen, ein riesiges Einkaufszentrum mit allen bekannten Marken. Das Taxifahren ist sehr günstig. In der Nähe des Hauses ist aber auch eine Busstation. Eine Fahrt kostet 1,55 Euro pro Person. Bei mehreren Personen ist das Taxi aber genauso günstig für die Fahrt zum Strand oder zum Einkaufszentrum La Zenia Boulevard (die Fahrt hat mit dem Taxi 6,60 Euro gekostet für 4 Personen). Insgesamt war es ein schöner Urlaub. Gerne wieder!

Family holiday
Great location and perfect for our family. The property is in a quiet location but close enough to walk to the bars and restaurants. We were also only a 10 minute drive from a number of super beaches and had four golf courses within 15 minutes drive. The host Rachel was always available to answer questions on Whats app and we will be back again next year.

Gorgeous Villa
We booked the villa for a family holiday and it did not disapoint. Faboulous villa with so many seating areas outside as well as large private pool. Bedrooms are all of a good size and all have air conditioning. Villa has everthing you need and both Rachel and Evete where 1st class. We certainly will be back.
