It is a private home, we have decorated it with great affection and we continue to use it for our family.

The apartment has a terrace with garden furniture to enjoy your meals outdoors. East / west orientation, so you can enjoy the sun at any time of the day, also in winter.

There is satellite TV and internet. Fully equipped kitchen with sea views. Fully equipped bedrooms, master bedroom with built-in wardrobe, safe, second bedroom has a separate wardrobe.

The apartment is located in a gated community with a swimming pool equipped with a special area for children and is for the exclusive use of residents of the urbanization. The green spaces are very well maintained. There are parking spaces inside the urbanization.

Double access: through the gate and through a locked side door. High level of security.

Attention: do not be afraid of mosquitoes! In our apartment you can sleep with open windows without fear of mosquitoes, unlike other areas of the same Orihuela Costa, especially next to the beach.

Green and very quiet area with quick and easy access to all tourist attractions. At 50 meters there is a small shopping center, with a bar and a restaurant. At 200 meters there is a large shopping center and an area with a wide variety of bars, restaurants, children's areas.

Location: it is an apartment next to the Villamartín golf course. Two other golf courses a short drive away. 3 km away are great beaches (Blue Flag), the apartment is close to the beach.

In the Orihuela Costa area you can find both clean golden sand beaches and picturesque rocky beaches with crystal clear waters and promenades dug into the cliffs for long walks enjoying spectacular views.

In the center of Orihuela Costa there are numerous very large commercial areas, several restaurants, bars, discos and an intense nightlife, which together offer multiple possibilities of leisure and fun for young and old.

You can practice various types of sports: sailing, renting boats, boats and canoes, surfing, kitesurfing or windsurfing, renting jet skis, fishing, diving and snorkeling; playing golf, tennis, horse riding, hiking, climbing, paragliding, ballooning.
