Gathering Place - Waterfront with Pier and Large Yard

Rest, Relax, and Renew at the Gathering Place where the land and sky meet the water. This four bedroom three bath, single level waterfront home with private dock is located on Greens Creek just outside the Village of Oriental. When you enter, you will be welcomed by the natural light, cozy layout, and serene water views. The primary living space includes a large flat screen television as well as plenty of seating for your guests. The eat in kitchen includes all of the basic cookware and dishes that would be needed for your stay. The kitchen features include an island cook top, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and dining table for four. The dining room has seating for six people and gives guests another great location to enjoy meals and time together. Off the kitchen area is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer as well as utility sink. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a full bath complete with a shower and tub. The second and third bedrooms have a queen and full bed respectively and are connected by a full bath with shower. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed with an attached bath with shower. Outside you will be able to enjoy a cup of coffee and beautiful views of the water from the screened in porch. The back porch which also includes a gas grill that overlooks the spacious backyard which includes fire pit, picnic table, and dock.

The Gathering Place is located on Greens Creek with easy access to the Neuse River (Oriental bridge has 45 foot clearance). Nearest boat ramp is in Oriental at the mouth of Smith Creek. Boaters and fisherman are going to love having their own dock with 3-4 foot of water depth. There is even a fish cleaning station to prepare your daily catch. Please know that the boat lift is not included or available for guest use.
