It is well-maintained, clean, and updated (the glass staircase is so neat, lets light in to lower levels). It was perfect for our family, clean, walking distance to everything in this adorable town."

"The location of just outside Sant Joan offered a peaceful and convenient location to explore the island. The finca has a nice Master, a comfy living room, a nice kitchen with adequate equipment and a great covered outdoor patio. With a dining table and a comfy couch to stretch out on. Need to be aware of the 35 steps from top to bottom if you forget to bring anything with you from the kitchen or bathroom! BBQ not there when we arrived but after contacting Homerti a new one was delivered to us the next day. Excellent customer service."

"Property was excellent!!! Perfect indoor and outdoor space for everyone to enjoy. Comfortable beds and kitchen with everything you need to prepare a lovely meal if you like. Many close restaurants near by and everything is walkable. No AC, which was tough the first day and night sleeping, but fans were provided, and weather was much cooler for the rest of our stay. You cannot beat this place, it’s wonderful!"

"Had a 12 night stay in Lina's lovely villa at the beginning of August which was lovely. The location and peaceful surroundings are amazing as are the views of the mountains. The finca itself is very spacious and was very clean. It is a traditional old style of farm house so it keeps cool inside and the fablns help to keep temperatures down at night. "Nice place to stay in middle of all nice beaches that can be reach by in 20 or 50 minutes. The house is clean and has everything you need, the supermarket is (Hipercentro) is just 5 minutes."

"We booked the delux apartment with seaview and it was beautiful views. Had a bit of trouble with some ants appearing, and when it rained there was some water coming into the living area,but the cleaners and handyman fixed everything really quick. The jakuzzi was great too. The food was ok too. Really liked the childrens disco and entertainment after dinner. Overall we had a great few days. "

"A fantastic hotel and central base for Palma. My sister in law and I absolutely loved this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Having a desk allowed us to arrive early and leave our bags. The staff made sure we had all we needed and remained helpful throughout our trip.
