city centre, is a villa with large swimming pool and jacuzzi and garden
with fruit trees, where you can spend a lovely holiday in Puglia, with
family or friends. It accommodates up to 8 guests.
Villa Artesole is framed by a large outdoor area, with a semi-Olympic salt swimming pool. It is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, internet, washing machine, dishwasher, hair-dryer, iron and ironing board, alarm system, tv, charger for electric cars, barbecue, ultrasound anti-mosquito system.
Upon
request, it is possible to have the bicycles, yoga equipment, massages
and the use of the Jacuzzi which has an additional fee. Moreover, upon
request, it is possible to have a catering service for breakfast, lunch
or dinner and local wine tasting.

Villa
Artesole is in the green countryside of Oria, in northern Salento. It
is possible to get a tan by the semi-olympic swimming pool and have
lunch or dinner under the spacious porch.
In the big garden, around the swimming pool, there are shaded areas with outdoor furniture where you can relax.
Moreover,
there is a lounge area with fireplace, barbecue with wood-burning oven,
an outdoor shower and citrus grove, olive trees and fruit trees, so the
villa is ideal if you want to meditate or read or pain.
The villa consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds, a spacious kitchen, 3 airy double bedrooms and 1 full bathroom.
The art lovers will find in the living room canvas and colors that can be used.

Villa
Artesole is in the countryside of Oria, less than 5 kilometers away
from the city centre. The city centre of Oria, in addition to the town
amenities, offers cultural and worth-discovering spots, such as the
castle.
The closest beaches are on the Ionian side of northern Salento. San Pietro in Bevagna and Campomarino di Maruggio are 20-25 kilometers away. Taranto and Brindisi are equidistant, 31 kilometers away.
The villa is in a sunkissed area, characterized by picturesque view and historic towns surrounded by lush vegetation. 
Villa Artesole aims at the sustainability, by using renewable energy, waste sorting and the frugal use of water and energy.
 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).

- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.

- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.

- Bed linen/towels not provided: mandatory price is euro 30 per person per week.

- Pool available from June to September .

- Jacuzzi available with extra payment of euro 350 per week upon request not included.

- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.

- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.

- Air conditioner not available in one bedroom.
