"This is a lovely little oasis just off the main road in Marmaris. There is some city noise in the front room, but the bedroom faced the courtyard in back, which was surprisingly quiet. It was a five-minute walk to Migros (supermarket) or the beach. Air conditioners in the front room and the bedroom made for a comfortable stay during a hot weekend in the late summer. "The owner was really nice and helpful, he gave us a larger room when we checked in. The downside was the air conditioning it worked but because the space was a roof top apartment it never cooled down and every time we left the AC turned off. I understand the need to save electricity however in the middle of summer coming in to a cool space would be nice. I would not have minded to pay a little extra for the option of leaving the air conditioning on all the time"

"Dirty sheets. Not as advertised. Pictures used not from the property. Horrible mattress on beds. The guy at reception was not friendly, he was making sure i am staying for only 1 night because the next night the rates will change. Bad lighs in hallways at night, i almost fell. Water from the pool is through tile entrance, almost slipped. All in all i would never stay there."
