While we only had the two of us, it is definitely large enough for a family stay. The house has a nice range of books, games, a large TV and stereo if you have a rainy day. The kitchen has everything you need if you are on a budget and looking to cook rather than dine out. Situated in a quiet spot, we loved that we were close to all amenities...
