We came back to our room after a long day. The hallway and our room smelled like smoke. The front office staff were very helpful and apologetic. They assigned us a new room on a different floor.

Checked in, parking area was extremely slick, had a hard time standing up, expected for this time of year. Keys wouldn’t work on side door, went up to room 315, keys wouldn’t work, get new keys to walk into bathroom and the faucet is leaking bathroom has a huge pool of water on the floor, come to find out they have had leaks in the room. Got the room changed and the bathroom has moldy mildew all over the grab bar. It was late and our flight was early so we dealt with it, Won’t stay again and will rethink the hotel in general.

We have stayed at Hampton Inns before. They recently stopped having cookies for us when we checked in. I miss that, it is little but the biggest complaint I have is that.

Expedia didn’t send our reservation to the hotel so we had a fun figure everything out if u wasn’t for the staff being accommodated we would have slept in car because all hotels were booked near by. Do better expedia there is no reason you didn’t send the reservation to the hotel
