This property was great for our Christmas stay while visiting our grown children’s families. They even provided a decorative Christmas tree for the week. We are looking forward to staying again in the spring or summer.

Great place to stay!
We were in town for a Ballroom tournament, and the proximity to the Marriott center was great. (not too close, not too far) I almost don't want anyone to know how great this place was so it will be available the next time we need to be in the Provo area. The rooms are a good size, the living space is great, and the kitchen had everything we needed. I slept well, and that is always a plus! I don't give 5 stars very often, but this place deserves it.

One of the best homes we’ve stayed at! Beds were so comfortable. Everyone slept well. Appreciated being able to stay for just one night to break up our drive to Idaho. My boys enjoyed all the games they had available. Tastefully decorated and cozy atmosphere.

Absolutely Perfect
Could not ask for a better place to stay in Orem. Huge windows made it hard to believe we were staying in a basement, home was clean and cozy with every amenity we needed. Location is awesome, with easy access to shopping, universities, and the freeway. We will absolutely be making this our first choice when visiting the Orem/Provo area!

Wish we could have stayed longer!
This is a new basement apartment and there are steep stairs down to the entrance. The outdoor landscaping is still ongoing. It’s beautifully furnished with a modern decor. The beds are very comfortable. Everything is new with everything you need. Spotlessly clean!! There are lots of games and large TV. We’d like to come again when we have more time!

never again
it was cold and we could not control our heat. not enough wash rags. no instructions on how to work tv. the toilet seat had a crack in it. i got several cuts from it and so did the person that i shared the bathroom with, we had to put a wash rag over it so we could pee. we had to put a blanket over the window in the master bedroom so we could have privacy, no instructions on how to leave the place.

Came to Utah to visit family with my father and two children. The home was a perfect location by restaurant, shopping, and main roadways for travel. House was clean and spacious. The bedrooms were the perfect layout, and my kids had a great time playing with the toy kitchen. The host was extremely kind and responsive. We would definitely stay again.
